Had the most amazing time for my friends birthday, the stuff was very lovely and I had an easy time checking in and out. The restaurant at the hotel is also very lovely the stuff helped me organize my friends birthday dinner and decorated the table perfectly💕

It was a fabulous experience staying at Fairmont Wuhan, a top-notch hotel amongst the others in town. Excellent service, great food and super-convenient location in the commercial area

Booked the hotel for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and because of the pool available to use. After checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room and were gifted a complementare tea/coffee voucher whilst we waited for our new room. Our luggage was taken up to the room whilst we enjoyed our coffee. The room was nice and clean and had a good view of the city. We decided to change and head down to the pool, only to be told a swimming cap was required if we wanted to swim, they had swim caps to buy but for the sake of a one night stay we decided not to purchase the swim caps as we wouldn't have used them again, I feel like had we known about this rule when booking we could have prepared our own to take. When we returned back to the room we decided to run a bath, whilst running the bath house keeping invited themselves into our room and then left when they realised it was occupied. We thought this was strange as we hadn't long checked in and didn't require housekeeping. Other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay at Fairmont Wuhan. My visit coincided with the Chinese Valentine's Day, and the room was beautifully decorated to mark the occasion. The thoughtful and meticulous preparation truly exceeded my expectations. I would like to specifically commend our butler, Rita, and the room attendant, Huang Lina. Rita's attentive and warm service made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. Her professionalism and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. Similarly, Huang Lina's dedication to maintaining our room's cleanliness and order was impeccable, and her efforts in the special decoration made our celebration even more memorable. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. We are deeply grateful for their contributions and will fondly remember this experience. The environment is very nice and the staff are friendly. We arrived late in the evening and the staff still made effort to find a good place for us to try the local good food. Really appreciate their help. My colleague enjoyed the Spa there. Excellent service. I regret I have no time to enjoy the Spa because of work commitments. Must come again in the other trip in Wuhan.

It’s not really the hotels fault, the customers they get don’t deserve to stay at such a nice hotel. The staff and hotel itself is nice

Once again, we stayed at the home-from-home Farimont Hotel, where the team really means it when they say, "We aim to exceed your expectations!" From start to finish, we were always greeted with a smile and exemplary service. There was basically nothing that could not be done, everything we asked for was granted instantly. Suggestions made by the Fairmont Team enhanced our stay even more! I commend the Fairmont Manager, Depesh, and his team, for their friendliness and immense professionalism throughout our stay. We do not feel we are staying at a hotel but more a grand palace such is the reception there. The place also has a special magic in that my family have had such fond memories such as my son learning to swim for the first time in the wonderful pool. I couldn't recommend the Fairmont enough. By far the best hotel in Wuhan!

The Hotel provided excellent service and a wonderful room. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, spacious, and superbly decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a "Happy Birthday" accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

It was such a lovely experience! One of best hotel I have ever stayed, hotel service is very considerate and thoughtful, me and my boyfriend were very surprised with the decorations they prepared in the room, Charlotte and her team really went out of her way to help us. Will definitely return!
