The room is pretty clean and nice. The front desk service are so friendly. I like the most is the robot service

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a good stay. But I have a small suggestion. I paid for the room with a bath but we were told the bath could not be used. Maybe it would be better to explain this in advance, or tell us during check-in. I would have just paid for the normal room and saved money. Secondly, I paid for breakfast. Usually the staff during check-in will say the location and time of breakfast before we leave to find the room. At this hotel, no information was given and so me and my friend just guessed the correct time to eat. Therefore, I feel to make the hotel experience better, the staff could be more attentive to the customer and pay greater attention to details.

I went with my friend there and we had a pleasant stay. The district and neighborhood are beautiful and the location of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to the subway and it's very convenient to go anywhere. The staff is also polite and kind. The receptionists always smile and the cleaning ladies come to clean every day and are kind. The room is also good, comfortable and relaxing. The only bad thing would be the lighting as it's a little bit uncomfortable/a bit dark for doing make up for women but it's ok. Overall we are satisfied and had a good time!!

跟全季同一幢樓，應該是同一個老闆，前台幫我把房間升級了，但是房間落地窗窗户不能開，早餐比較簡單。 勝在地段好，鬧中取靜，去哪裡都比較近。訂房可要求安靜房間。另外也沒有雜七雜八的人進入，安全性可以。 停車比較特殊，見圖

酒店位置很好，靠近各大商場，停車方便，我們是兩家一起來武漢旅遊，訂了兩間房間，房間環境衞生，設施齊全，前台服務也好，有洗衣房，機器人等，晚上我們多要床被子很快就送來了，如果下次來武漢，還住這家.

衞生打掃得比較馬虎，邊邊角角很多灰塵 如圖：床單上的污漬 到店太晚了懶得換房折騰，套上一次性四件套將就睡了一晚 去年來住得還比較滿意，一年不到衞生情況竟然成這樣了，再也不會選這裏住了

性價比很高，坐落在礄口區的中心位置，但是缺點也是有的，比如沒有智能客控，沒有小冰箱，最關鍵這個大落地窗完全不開窗是很不合理的。

衞生還是挺乾淨的，整體風格簡約大方，配套設施齊全，乾濕分離，整體性價比很高，適合商務住宿，住宿環境很安靜

首先地理位置非常好，走路五分鐘到武商，免費 24 小時停車，節約不少停車費😏，重點是很乾凈，沒有異味，前台小姐姐還給升級了落地窗的房間，很 nice，下次去武漢首選的酒店！

設施：裝修風格已經很老舊， 衞生：衞生間乾濕分離還不錯 環境：停車還算方便，免費停車。 服務：前台服務態度還行，訂的房間竟然説沒有窗户，將近三百元的房，而且又不是特價房，我是鉑金會員，別的酒店可以免費升級，在這家酒店，好説歹説，最後同意升房，可最後拿到的竟然是邊角型房間，小不説，房間窗户像囚牢窗，那麼的高，伸手都夠不着，感覺特別不爽，因為旅途勞累，懶得去退房了，估計前台也不會給我退， 住得蠻鬱悶，本來是衝著攜程廣告招牌全季去的，可沒想到該酒店耍套路，全季房間都在 5-6層，四層以下是昊熙酒店，我住的是三層，詢問酒店清潔工，他説 老闆經營兩個牌子，混淆在一起👎👎讓人誤導 以為住的是全季酒店。在此實話評論，以供參考。

房間很乾凈，床和枕頭都很舒服，隔音不錯，一點都不吵，推薦！

最近入住的雅緻酒店，給我留下了無比深刻的印象，酒店的裝潢設計極富現代感，每一個細節都彰顯着精緻與優雅。服務方面更是無可挑剔。入住期間，前台的服務人員和機器人助手配合的很好，外賣都是送到房間門口，效率很感人。 酒店早餐也不錯，麪食都是現煮新鮮美味，此外，酒店的地理位置也非常優越，周邊交通便利，購物、餐飲、娛樂設施一應俱全。
