My recent stay was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and the genuine care extended by the staffs, particularly those in the lounge service, where the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive to my every need, whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions, offering refreshments, or simply ensuring that I had a pleasant and relaxing environment to unwind in. A special shout out to Amber, Camile, Anthea and Joe, who truly made my stay a wonderful one. Their understanding and caring attitude were evident in every interaction. They took the time to get to know me, listened to my preferences, and made genuine efforts to accommodate my needs and always made sure to go the extra mile.  Their dedication and professionalism are definitely assets to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Service was very good. I felt like they went the extra mile for instance by making sure you got a bottle of water before the steam room. The hotel is well designed and classy, perfect for a staycation. The subway is literally right outside if you intend on I use it. I could see myself coming back here.

Food was amazing... Loved the view of the garden.. Staff spoke english.... A Welcoming staff.....

Hotel room is of good size,the rain shower was fantastic. Breakfast are of varieties and delicious. Hotel just next to subway station and convenient to travel around Wuhan.

It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was also super friendly and helpful.

We were supposed to stay for 5 days but extended for 6 then 7 days 😁🤭 All of the staff (from the reception to the room service and the pool) were amazing, helpful and very kind. The doorman were so patient with my kid where she wanted to go in and out on the turning door at the entrance 😂. I highly recommend and will always be at that hotel for my next trip in Wuhan ❤️☀️ Oh! And the breakfast is awesome 😍

Good stay at this hotel room was clean and spacious and very cool

The room is very clean. Staff we met are friendly, the reception desk lady, the lobby staff, the cleaning lady as well. The breakfast buffer has a good variety of food and service is good too. Swimming facility is well maintained too. Metro is right outside the hotel. A happy stay this time.

Marriott smells good as always and the room is so big that they upgraded for me

The hotel room and service were top notch. Took 25 mins to get to and from Hankou station. I would rebook again.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Charles, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service. He went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and made our stay truly enjoyable. His kindness and attentiveness made a big difference and we can't thank him enough for his outstanding hospitality!

The one time I wanted a massage I went down at 11:00 and they said they were open until 2 but no one was working there very disappointed. Also they say the pool is 28 degrees but it is more like 24-25
