Good and very friendly service. Mall nearby with restaurants and coffee places. Bit out of the way for Wuhan attractions

My recent stay at this hotel near to Wuhan Railway Station was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, especially for travelers like myself who rely on seamless transportation connections. Being just minutes away from Wuhan Railway Station made exploring the city effortless. Despite its proximity to the bustling station, the hotel managed to provide a tranquil oasis amidst the urban buzz. Upon entering my room, I was delighted by the spaciousness and meticulous attention to detail. The room exuded a sense of elegance and comfort, offering ample space to unwind after a day of exploration. The amenities provided were thoughtfully curated, catering to every need of the discerning traveler. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, and I was continually impressed by their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my requests. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. The hotel's culinary offerings surpassed all expectations, with a delectable array of dishes to suit every palate. It is a place that was quite good value for money; service was pretty good.

I like this hotel. The rooms are neat, clean and modern. I slept very well on the soft , comfy mattress. The Railway Station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast was okay , I enjoyed the rice crispy and I think the robot is cool.

Clean, good amenities with helpful and kind staff. Though the location is a bit far from town, there is a metro 5 mins walk or 30minute Didi into town. The facilities are great, big shower, large room and spotless. Staff were helpful and kind even though English was limited.

整體體驗一般，先説優點，酒店提供了很多服務，還贈送了水果，夜宵啥的，房間無異。缺點:服務人員和5星酒店比，有不小差距，全程沒有笑臉。整個酒店死氣沉沉。開元也住過幾次，之前都很滿意，所以這次很失望。空調半夜熱醒，半夜起來調節一會又凍醒，而且啪啦啪啦的很吵影響休息。夜燈無法關閉，夜間還有光污染，比如床頭的小屏幕整晚亮。設施有點舊了，然後窗台附近電視櫃底下都是灰塵也沒有清理，送了迎賓水果但是橘子有異味。早餐很一般，麪包硬的目測放了很多天，牛奶一言難盡，包子速凍。夜宵服務一般，要了第二碗不願意的樣子。

帶孩子來武漢玩，這家酒店比較新，性價比也高，距離地鐵站也不會很遠，步行 10 來分鐘，對面就是商業城，很方便。服務很好，反應很快，都很熱情。從酒店去武漢站也很近，去東湖公園也很近，包括黃鶴樓也是從酒店附近地鐵站可以直達。
