It was a very comfortable stay and great value for the price. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again! I even got to do my laundry for free, it was very convenient!

The overall impression of this hotel is great. While the facilities are good, the true standout is the exceptional staff. I greatly admire their work ethic and commitment. Not only are they consistently friendly, but they all embody a proactive service-minded approach, anticipating needs and handling requests efficiently.

The hotel is located next to a bus station, very easy to reach all major spots of the city. The staff was friendly , only the front lady at the breakfast was a bit rude . The room itself was modern and clean . Good price value .

Got very nice butler service and the service was superb, came back during late nights and required blankets, they were really nice to deliver to the room with blankets and even asked if I needed anyt else. Would def come back again!

I booked last minute and it's my second stay here. I chose it because of the location, staff, and room. It's conveniently located in front of a bus stop and a 10 min walk to Zhuyeshan metro station. There's a little convenience store on the first floor to get snacks and drinks. There are food and fruit markets in an alley around the corner. There's a pedestrian bridge so I don't have to cross the road. There's bubble tea, Starbucks, luckin coffee and burger king across the street as well. The staff are always busy but always willing to help. I used a translator app mostly to communicate and they were very patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff /aunties are great and will smile if you smile and be friendly first. The morning breakfast is on the heavy side for me but full of variety and delicious. If you're able to, reserve the room with the breakfast included, I found the value was excellent. I especially liked the lady who prepares the noodle soups. I stayed in a larger queen deluxe room this time and thought it was great! I had a better view of the gas station across the street. The regular room was awesome too. I didn't hear street noise but there were times in the evening when I could hear other guest's noise. It didn't bother me, and I suppose it depends on who comes and enjoys the hotel. Another amazing part of the hotel is it offers free laundry and there are dryers. I think they offer a free laundry service too but I didn't mind doing my own. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would come again to stay. Wuhan was an amazing experience and this hotel was part of it. Xièxiè.
