Ascott Central Wuxi recensioner

It’s an amazing tall and beauty service apartment locating at the central down town surrounding by many shopping malls, shops and restaurants.

Hotel location is good but not same is photo. Very old and not clean , many 2-3 star hotel in China better than this hotel

Extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment size for 5, and the amenities they provided. Staying at Ascott was the best way to start the holiday and our parents are extremely pleased with Ascott, with Wuxi. Thanks for the pleasant stay and we will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends!!

This is my top choice hotel in Wuxi. The location, service, and residential amenities ( kitchen and laundry) make it ideal for any length of stays.

Booked this service apartment for family trip to Wuxi. Location is excellent. Right on top of metro, surrounded by shopping malls. Apartment is well equipped with everything we need, with a super nice city view. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Good location and near lots of shopping malls and food places. There is a washer + dryer in the room so allow easy cleaning of clothes. Sadly the toilet wasnt very clean when we checked in. There was blood stain on the toilet bowl. And there was no aircon in the room. Had to call the staff to come and open the window as the room was warm and stuffy. But the window can only be open slightly.

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Karen, Amber,Mr Zhu and Grace for their excellent service. Will definitely stay again

The hotel is value for money. We had very good breakfast. The location is in the centrol business district. The room is clean. The room service is excellent. I will recommend our friends to stay there if they travel to Wuxi.

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and the views were great too from the floor 51. Great experience overall

The services were excellent. I had my Taobao delivery all delivered to the hotel. Even before I put in the order and email the hotel for the address in Chinese and check on how can I deliver the items over, the staff responded to the email very fast. When I checked in the hotel, they offered to deliver the packages up to my room. Really like their experience.

Good location with plenty of food options. Large room with washing machine/dryer, comfortable bed, strong shower with instant hot/cold water. Recommended

Good location in the centre of the city. Room was clean and spacious and was well-equipped. Views from the room were amazing.
