This is a super premium hotel with vert good facilities and superb service. The breakfast spread is amazing. Ferry service to Yuantouzhou is very good.

Spacious room, comes with Dyson hair dryer! The amenities are good despite the hotel design is kind of old fashioned. Overall, a good stay and recommend to those who comes with family. Don't forget to try the restaurant at the ground floor for authentic Wu Xi cuisine.

Lakeside hotel. Building A is the older building. Building B is newer and higher. Nice food. Will stay here in Wuxi again.

Check in counter service can be improved, but the concierge has been very helpful. This hotel has a boat ferry to and fro YuanTouZhu park where the famous cherry blossom bloom
occurs late Mar-April. The hotel is also next to Li Yuan (famous for peach blossom) but it's a pity there seems to be no direct access - we had to walk out to the main road to enter Li Yuan . I suspect the hotel boat ferry can make a stop at Li Yuan's pier. View from our balcony attached.

What an amazing hotel! Everyone is friendly and professional. I want to give a special thanks to Levis for assisting in anything and everything I needed. Helping me choose excursions and just ensuring we have a wonderful time. I also want to thank Carly for assisting with my deliveries. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel.
In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay.
Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress.
The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices.
For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly.
We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Most of all, the service of Xiaolu (卢颖)housekeeper is super, she is thoughtful and meticulous, and the room arrangement is perfect.
Every time we come to Wuxi, we would choose Hubin Hotel. We also highly recommend it to our family and friends.

The beauty of the lake was stupendous. The room was large and had a lovely big bath, fancy toilet and large powerful shower. The swimming pool was amazing. The gym was very basic.

This is a beautiful hotel, although they could use some upgrades on the design of the rooms. The service was absolutely amazing, thank you to Jessie Xue who went above and beyond on our requests. The environment is so relaxing and the views are amazing! Will definitely be back to visit!
