The hotel room is spacious, and have balcony with nice view out. Quite a good hotel

Nice hotel, clean and well organised inside. Evening buffet was fairy good with a nice selection of food available. Nice gym and swimming pool.

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

帶爸媽來無錫遊玩，在攜程上找到這家酒店，性價比非常高，最吸引我的是可以攜帶寵物入住，非常方便。酒店位置優越，出行方便，整體入住體驗也很不錯。酒店佔地面積很大，大堂和房間都非常寬敞，設施也很新，配套齊全，住起來很舒適。特別要感謝大堂副理耿曉蘭，服務非常熱情周到。原本前台安排的房間位置不太理想，耿經理第一時間幫我協調換房，最終的房間非常滿意。是一次很愉快的入住體驗，會推薦給朋友！

入住的寵物房間，空間很大沒有異味，房間裏有贈送的寵物小禮品。酒店前的草坪空地很大，小狗活動很方便，周邊臨靠公園很適合散步遛狗。尤其是酒店大堂經理王仲祥服務熱情，貼心周到👏，入住體驗感很好，非常推薦帶狗狗來無錫遊玩入住在此。

五一入住君來世尊，開始還擔心2012年開業的酒店設施會太陳舊，沒想到配備智能馬桶，還有加熱浴室鏡，小陽台還有一個小的掛衣架，後來又要了一個摺疊晾衣架。房間很大，鏡子挺多的，照全身很方便，衣櫥也多，拖家帶口衣服有地方放了。酒店地理位置很好，馬路對面有一個濕地公園一個體育公園，遛娃有去處了。一樓還有一個室內的小童樂園，跳跳床娃玩的都不想回房間。酒店自己的中餐廳很好吃，性價比也賊高。西餐廳早餐的小籠包挺不錯的。服務確實很好，相應到位。

酒店周邊的環境很不錯，有濕地公園和古鎮，距離商場也近，帶着3歲小孩出行足夠了。 酒店的室內泳池環境也挺好，小孩子游的很開心！ 特別感謝張經理（張楓）從入住到離店，都熱情耐心的回答我們的問題！

酒店位置比較偏，停車挺方便，綠化也很好，酒店地方很大。我們這次沒有選帶早餐的套餐，因為推出的套餐搭售景區門票。房間裏的設施有點陳舊，洗澡的水龍頭壓力不夠大，大的淋浴頭不聚攏，水温忽冷忽熱。酒店的中餐廳菜的味道一般，菜量也不多，價格符合五星級的收費標準。進去的第一天就碰到電梯故障，覺得有點不舒服。希望酒店能經常維護一下電梯。

五一出來無錫玩，第二天換了一個酒店，誤打誤撞訂了這家，體驗很好。酒店設施相對比較新，也比較大氣，走廊很寬。酒店門口有一個大草坪，晚上有活動，氛圍感很棒。
