Grand Kingtown Hotel Wuxi recensioner

This hotel is ideal for the business trips and tourism. The location is nearby with the Li Hu lake, a lot of parks and walking areas. If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. Also I am really appreciate for manager Mr Yang from this hotel for his support, he saved my bicycle and helped with the booking, and when I had a problem with my room immediately solved my problem. My best wishes, your hotel is my number 1 in Wuxi because of your staff, every time they are ready to help.

The room is huge compared to other hotels of the same grade. The breakfast is very good.

Good service by the hotel once I arrived the hotel someone help me to open the door and someone help me with the luggages until my room. That service staff is an elderly which I truly respected him for hold on this job responsibility. Check in procedure is fuss free as well. Kudos to all the staff there. We get to see a lot of fireworks from our room

The Hotel is very nice, and the breakfast was also very good, it should provide a better english speaking personalle.

The kids room and the bed was super cool. Other then that the service was very friendly and we can highly recommend the Hotel. On arrival we got some fresh fruits, the furniture was great, breakfast had everything and all was fresh. They allowed us to have a late check-out without being charged. All in all great experience for a family

節後踏青遊入住無錫瑞廷西郊酒店，酒店大堂環境佈置美觀，房間設施衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔應效果良好，一覺睡到天亮未被打擾，隔天早上的自助早餐品種繁多，中式、西式都有，餐廳工作人員不停的查看餐品不斷地補缺，前台服務人員態度和藹可親，非常的客氣，退房的時候還送了小禮品，總體感覺非常滿意！下次來無錫遊玩還住這家五星酒店🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

📿本人帶父母出遊，無錫是個不錯的小城 但可惜南方的花期忒短 黿頭渚蠡園梅園基本啥花也沒有了～在平台篩選了那麼多酒店 最後相中此酒店的環境. 🎋先來説説酒店廳堂美陳.櫻花季🌸的佈景算是小亮點 適合拍照打卡🤗 此外.房間內雖然規整 但是有蟲子🐛🤢微信聯繫了前台 美女處理的很及時給們換了房間.但是城景房（17 層）升級的湖景房（9 層）屋內設施降級了…智能馬桶墊沒了、膠囊咖啡機沒了、書桌邊的搖椅沒了.而且門上安全鏈是壞的～這些在退房時已反饋了前台.而且 新換的房間依然是有蟲的～客房阿姨換被罩時候還在爬🥲但是當天晚上回去比較累 就沒再答應換房. 📿或許有人覺此等小蟲不算什麼，但每個人的點不一樣.這種未知的物種與陌生環境的情況非常影響睡眠💤最主要是心裏膈應🤢 📿好在前台與客房阿姨們處理及時 態度積極.補償方式能夠接受.希望酒店在衞生細節上多重視！

酒店硬件設施略顯老舊，但軟件設施（諸如acca kappa的洗浴用品、記憶枕）都很舒適～ 整體服務非常好，前台還幫忙升級了湖景房，風景宜人。前台小張小許服務都很熱心周到，其間出現點小問題也主動解決，令人滿意！
