Wuxi Radisson Collection Hotel recensioner

The hotel has an incredible breakfast selection. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool is a wonderful addition and the fitness centre has great equipment. Definitely our preferred choice if we are going to stay in Wuxi again.

Was perfect stay and location is great. Personal are very kind and food is delicious and clean.

Everything is great with this hotel including breakfast, location, facilities and especially the gym is nice.

The service was great, Conrad at the front door spoke English very well, as well as a few other staff members I came across. The hotel is elegant, and not too far from some tourist attractions for food and shopping. The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. Breakfast was overall nice, I would however recommend a few more Western choices such as bacon and fried potatoes or hash browns. The lobby area has a bar that is used as a legitimate Starbucks, which was both nice and convenient for me.

Friendly staff, well kept room, very clean and set-up for arrival

I’m a foreigner leaving China and stayed here after I cleaned out my apartment. It was great to see a full aerial view of my school and city before I left. Perfect encore to my time in China.

A very well designed and beautiful hotel. One of the best Radisson hotels I've ever been to. There's a Starbucks at yhe hotel which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The room was huge, beautiful and very clean. I will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommend

Their services was great had an wholesome stay there Very foreigners friendly because they also have some few foreigners I still remember one of them called Shumaila

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate, room service was on point. I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. Once I checked in at the radisson, had a hot shower, with perfect water pressure, and settled into that comfortable bed all the trauma of the day was forgotten. Thank you Radisson Team

Beautiful location

WOW just WOW. THE best service from a 5 star hotel in China after 20+ years and hundreds of stays. Fair to say that a lot of hotels in China have the hardware (nice rooms and good facilities etc) but normally get let down by the software (service). This was an exception. Had serious issues with health codes and covid testing in Wuxi but Shumaila (Guest Service Manager) along with her Chinese colleague turned into Superwoman and Superman and went way beyond the levels of expected service for a 5 star hotel. First they accompanied me to the covid testing point (1 km away) but didnt stop there because i still had problems and had to go to the hospital to get tested (4 kms away). They helped order a taxi and Shumaila actually went to the hospital with me to ensure everything was ok! Also this was all done on her day off! Remarkable. Throughout my stay the service in the hotel was excellent whether it be at check in or out (quick) or in the restaurant and/or executive lounge area. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face and was willing to be of assistance. Food including breakfast had variety and was good Keep up the excellent work, well done to Shumaila and your hotel team
