Nice place very near to the hot springs. Hotel is well equipped, traditional Chinese style with a good confort. Personnel is very kind and professional. Raccomended

The hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing. But something to keep in mind as a foreign (not Chinese), it will be difficult to communicate with the staff. No one can speak English (not even a little bit) It made it difficult to order food and get around. Everything is on Chinese. The food is very "Chinese" So sometimes it was difficult to find something we wanted to eat. The staff were kind and happy, but even with a translation app, you could not communicate with them. We visited other places in China, and we could communicate with the app, just fine with them. we will not stay here again, because of the difficulties about the language barrier. We found the the hot spring on our last day, because nobody would show us where, or help us book a ticket for it. This tour was a mix of business and family time, it was difficult to find sightseeing compared to other cities. Choose another place, if it is possible.

Don’t stay here! The hotel is very old, everywhere it smelled like cigarettes and the room smelled like stinky feet. The shuttle to the hot spring only comes once every hour and the road to walk there is very unpleasant. The hotel restaurant is very dirty and the food bad quality.

It was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The whole hotel smells bad of damp. All facilities are very old. Although it is a hot spring hotel, you have to pay for the hot spring separately. There was a small pool in the room which was free. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

管家非常貼心，提前致電了我們確認入住，提前幫我們開好了空調，插好了電蚊香 房間很大，隔音很好 温泉池稍微有點自然的樹枝和落葉，這個季節是正常，是正宗的温泉♨️ 晚上還給我們送了晚安飲，是銀耳蓮子羹 非常好的入住體驗

這次來唐風温泉，體驗很獨特。 一進院子安靜清幽，綠植茂盛，曲徑通幽，温泉池冒着熱氣，古韻十足，讓人心情一下就放鬆了。美中不足的是，設施有些陳舊，牆皮脱落、噴頭磨損 服務真的沒得説！從入住起，工作人員就熱情周到，加了管家 小雷的微信後，各種細節安排得妥妥當當。早上會告知早餐位置，餐食豐富可口；出行時租車、規劃路線、叫車等需求，管家都能迅速幫忙搞定👍 總體而言，唐風温泉環境和服務亮點突出，雖設施有瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜，期待它改進後更加完美，以後有機會還會再來。

下午1點多到酒店，競開了一間沒打掃乾淨的房間給我。後在交涉下，房間裏的布草重新全部更換。這種情況是我在攜程預訂酒店第一次碰到，絕對差評！

房間不錯的，就是可能因為年代久，有些老舊一點，別的很不錯的，小雷管家的服務也很好，有問題及時解決反饋，不過温泉私湯很不錯，值得住噠～

房間挺大，很乾凈。酒店風景不錯，服務很好，尤其徐管家，人非常好，很熱情，是我碰到最熱情的管家了👍
