Very nice accommodation.
Lovely and clean, comfy bed.
Easy, hassle free check in .
Walk downstairs to pub.
Free parking.
Definitely recommend and would stay here again 😊

I've been in Oz for 4 years and not had this quality steak dinner at a pub or restaurant until now. At the moment, with the current kitchen staff, this is easily as good as any steak in Oz. Excellent cuts of meat and perfectly cooked.

We were so impressed with the accommodation at The Grand Hotel. Accommodation was stylish, clean and bed was so comfy. Friendly staff. Food was great. A short walk from the Art House Theatre where we saw Ian Moss perform. We will definitely be back.

Tiny room just fit bed and shelves as “furniture “ No armchair. Plastic cutlery. Overhead rain shower got bathroom floor wet. In fact, it was wet when we first went in (?)!! Below car park like a bunker facing cement brick wall. No vanity. Just bathroom sink. At least the king bed was fine although only 2 pillows. A very “ungrand” hotel.

This accommodation was well located for the wedding we were attending. The rooms were clean, comfortable & well maintained. The staff from check- in to caretakers were very helpful & could not do enough for us. The hotel served great meals & provided a very enjoyable atmosphere- would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

the worst and smallest room i have ever stayed in costing 181 dollars per nite. stay somewhere else. only paper cups no hair dryer no where to put your bags. meals expensive and just ok if i were you stay somewhere else.

I was skeptical about staying at this hotel but it was an absolute gem. The rooms have all been beautifully renovated with all the mod cons but also paying homage to its historic past with exposed bricks. Everything was wonderfully clean and both beds in our two-bedroom suite were extremely comfortable and one room had a delightful sunroom with a sink and desk. The kids were absolutely delighted that there were tv's in both rooms and there was even a service where you can pair your phone with the tv to stream all your Netflix and other streaming services with their free wi-fi. This place surpassed all my expectations and would highly recommend it. To boot the staff were second to none, accomodating, friendly and the check-in / out service was a breeze. A special shout out to the cleaner who stopped by to check everything was ok and to see if we needed anything, such a lovely lady. Great job guys.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids under 5 overnight on the way to gold coast. We will NOT be staying again. The room was dirty, bins not emptied, hair on pillows and in bathroom. My youngest found a nut on the floor and put it in his mouth ( there from previous peoples Snickers bar, saw wrapper in the bin) luckily he's not allergic. The food from the restaurant was very nice but the hotel was horrible.
