Stayed for 1 night prior to going away from Manchester Airport. Convenient location and free car parking.

酒店服務員態度及服務不錯，房間整潔! 又鄰近曼徹斯特機場,附近亦有鐵路去機場，如要去機場或到步住就非常方便。唯一不好是飛機經過比較噪！

First the picture on web site is not Heald Green, the room was perfectly clean as expected but the windows would not open and there was no aircon on the hottest weekend of the year so far it was too hot to sleep. The pub next door where you got your meals was for some reason closed to the public so if you wanted a drink to sit outside on the tables you had to get your drink at the bar, walk through the pub then walk through Premier Inn reception then across carpark to reach benches. Meals were OK but had to wait over 30min just to get dessert and then had to remind them what I had ordered.

We stayed the night before an early flight from Manchester - It was super convenient, as we were using the NCP flightpath car park the next day to park for our holiday. Parking overnight was free when you entered your reg number at check in, and it was a quiet comfornable sleep which is just what we needed - we’d definitely be back!

The room had not been cleaned. There was a used cloth on the floor. The bin had not been emptied and had chewing gum in it. A glass with the previous occupant's water sat on the desk. The sink panel in the bathroom kept falling off. Outside of the hotel there were pint glasses on the ground and the area was strewn with litter, especially near the picnic table area. The restaurant seating, tabletops and floor were sticky, covered in crumbs and had greasy marks. We mentioned that some of us are immunosuppressed. The reception staff member did not seem to care very deeply about any of this. Although we were offered a discounted meal, we had no confidence to eat at the restaurant. We ate elsewhere, but had to stay because we had booked flights. We would not stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the receptionists gave us such a warm welcome! They were friendly and chatty and told us about promotions they had on in the restaurant to save us extra ££. The check in process was an easy and smooth process completely fuss free! They wasn’t pushy and didn’t make us feel like we had to book anything right on check in, on entering our room it was clean and fresh. All the facilities were convenient and all in good working order, we even had a fan in our room which was a lovely surprise on a hot summers evening! The evening food on the restaurant was so tasty and really good value for money! The drinks were nice too! We had a very good nights sleep and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was nice too. Lots of variety for children with their continental options and also a HOT cooked breakfast that is made to order! Checkout was a smooth process to! Will definitely come again if I revisit the area! The best premier inn we’ve stayed at for sure! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!
