Huajin Intelligent Hotel (Xi'an High-speed Railway North Station)

We stayed here for one night and had a generally positive experience. The staff were really nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room had a washing machine, which we used, though it was leaking — we informed the staff about this. The only issue was cleanliness: the shower floor had multiple hairs, suggesting the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and convenient. Overall, we appreciated the helpful staff and the amenities, and it would be a good stay if cleanliness is improved.

It is a perfect location if you need to travel from Xian North station, there is a metro station 1 min away! Also easy to go anywhere including the Terracotta warriors by taxi, bus or metro.  The apartment is very good, with everything that you need, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is Modern and new! The only drawback is that the place stinks cigarettes, and that was my mistake choosing it, as they  allow smokers, for that reason I would not stay in their again, I found it really difficult to sleep with the strong smell of cigarette, even with the windows and curtains opened.  There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around too.  It is a commercial building, where the hotel reception is on the third floor, they are only open from 10:00 am to 22:00.  We arrived at around 19:00 and the reception was closed, but there was a Chinese mobile number to contact someone who promptly came to open it! And if you do not have a Chinese mobile you can contact them by messaging via the app where you booked the room on.  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lady spoke English which was a plus!  The WiFi was really good!  The building has a 24 hrs reception with a security person.

Very big room, excellent stay especially near high speed train station and metro station. Highly recommended.
