I had an amazing stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. The hotel's blend of traditional and modern architecture is stunning. My room was spacious, with a beautiful view, comfortable amenities, and excellent Wi-Fi. The dining options are fantastic, especially the Amber Palace Indian Restaurant. The fitness center, indoor pool, and spa were great for relaxation. Located near Tang Paradise and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it's perfect for sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Hotel slightly old but facilities good, spa (scalp treatment)in the hotel is excellent, executive level food was okay (timing slot too short and selection limited, good dessert and fruit) but excellent service，breakfast is good with some local selections

I must say that it beyonds expectation for Gran Melia hotel, particularly Manager Berry, she works with excellence service mind. The first time I go traveling in XiAn with my elder mom. It is quite complicated to take care her. But this hotel is the right answer, specially Miss Berry who understands our needs well. Full breakfast buffet with various food and wider room with balcony is perfect for us. I must recommend this hotel to my friends and suggest them to book premium room too.

Amazing! Staffs are super friendly and helpful, amenities and room is updated, classy and clean. Bedding is superb. The room size is also to die for! The location is ok, nearby furong park (and metro) and also nearby everbright city and wild goose pagoda. Both are within 1KM. Hotel is also attached to a very big shopping area behind ( few buildings). supermarket & convenient store & foods avail) Will def be back again!

Not our first trip to Gran Melia, definitely not our last. Best hotel for the price. Location is good and all staff super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

We had the best stay during the Chinese New Year at Gran Melia Xi’an. We had a family room/suite and it had all the amenities you could think of and very spacious. The food at the buffet was very tasty, always fresh sushi and also some Spanish specialties. The staff that I was in contact with was absolutely amazing, the concierge Robin and his team went above and beyond and helped me with everything from doctors visit to printing documents. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will choose Melia again for me next visit!
