We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience during your stay.Regarding the facilities, our hotel rooms are actually equipped with facial tissues and cotton swabs, and there is Moore Coffee for you to enjoy. Both breakfast and free afternoon tea provide hand-brewed coffee. For safety reasons, razors are not placed in the rooms. You can call the front desk or ask our staff to get one for free. During your three-day stay, we changed your rooms several times to try our best to meet your needs. Our staff also asked about your accommodation experience and presented gifts, hoping to make up for some shortcomings. However, due to our ineffective communication, you had many misunderstandings during your stay. For example, the inaccurate description of the scope of the construction project caused great disturbance to you because of the noise; and there was also an unprofessional situation where the staff in charge of breakfast left early before the end of the service. These are all defects in our management.We are well aware that our service this time did not meet your standards. We are actively making improvements, including strengthening communication and coordination with the construction party to reduce the impact of noise and enhancing the professionalism and variety of our catering service. We sincerely hope that you can give us an opportunity to make up for it and come back to experience our improved service. We believe it will bring you a different perception.
