We booked the hotel as three backpackers and we can say we had an amazing experience. Everything was flawless, and we got everything we asked for. The location is amazing letting us get to Xian city center in a matter of 5 minutes. Would recommend and would visit again לישראלים שמכוונים להגיע, מיקום ממש טוב, כמה דקות מכל האיזורים הכי מרכזיים ומלאי תרבות בעיר, מומלץ מאוד ללכת לשוק הענק שבעיר שנמצא גם כמה דקות הליכה מהמלון. המחון על הכיכר המרכזית שממנה כל אטרקציה שיש לעיר להציע במרחק כמה דקות הליכה.

The hotel location is near the zhonglou metro station...it just a few minutes to the bell tower of xian.the room is spacious and very nice..the receptionist is polite and always help me to give direction.this hotel also a few minutes away from the Muslim quarter.ir is a great hotel and will definitely come here again

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Xi’an. It is easily walkable to many of the “must see” sights and the metro station and many restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. The room was spacious and the shower was great. Despite being a non-smoking room our room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Luckily the window could be opened.

The AC barely functioned despite extreme heat, making the room unbearable day and night. When I asked to switch rooms, the receptionist focused more on playing games on their phone rather than pay attention to me and later claimed 'AC is off for everyone' due to 'non-AC hours'—unreasonable for such weather. The hotel website advertises AC but omits this restriction. Service was unprofessional. location was good though.

The hotel staff is very kind. They do their best to help you. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, other guests smoke in the room and all the smoke from the bathroom comes into your room.
