Located at T3 If you want to go to T3 from your current Terminal, there's a bus belongs to the airport transfer passengers to every Terminal for free Just ask front desk information service and they will guide you. The hotel is luxury. Clean. With very professional staff I enjoyed my staying and I recommend think hotel very good

Clean, comfortable and served its purpose, right opposite terminal and friendly staff.

The hotel room is very big with a bathtub and kid enjoyed it. Moreover, the relevant facilities are provided. The customer service is average. The hotel’s location is excellent - It is connected to the Xi’an airport Terminal 3 directly. Kid playground is available. Furthermore, you could go for a gym and swimming too. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very posh hotel conveniently close to the airport. The decor throughout is stunning, the room was of a good size and the breakfast was varied and delicious. There is an airport terminal walkway on level 3 which takes around five minutes to get to terminal 3. Excellent location, beautiful hotel and reasonably priced! The only thing which would be better is if the swimming pool was in service.

The hotel is just next to terminal 3 of the Xi'an airport. There is a passage between the hotel and the airport. It's quite convinient.

The hotel is located at T3, but the international flight landed at T5(New terminal), which is very far from T3. The feeder bus is provided at midnight from T5 to T3. the Duty-free shop is not ready at the arrival gate. The hotel is generally ok with a simple breakfast.

Fantastic Hotel – Convenient and Excellent Service. This is a fantastic hotel located right at the airport. The staff speaks excellent English and is incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feel fresh. Each apartment comes with two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—which was a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and the attention to detail was impressive. After we checked out, the staff even called us to let us know we had left some food in the fridge. Truly amazing service! Highly recommended!

The location is this hotel is great. With a link bridge that directly joint to Terminal 3 of airport. Walking takes less than 3 minutes. The hotel is big and spacious. Room is also spacious. However TV channels are limited to local programs. Service level is average and business like. Guest with more time to spare can visit nearby Outlet stores about 5 km away. Recommended hotel for those who have early flights to catch.

Our stay was very confortable. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The only thing was we had to get there from T5 to T3 which almost took 30 minutes by airport bus, and the door from airport to the hotel were closed from 1:30 am to 4:30 am.

It's convenient if you in the 3rd termianl or nearby. And a little difficult to get from the Terminal 5 at night. The entrance from the airport itself is closed from 1 am. So you need to call the hotel by phone to get inside. The pool is not working on mondays and tuesdays. The gym is fine, but the shower was closed and staff refused to open the shower for me. The breakfast have variety good for the 4-star hotel or less. The food is okay, nothing to praise, though. The room is nice, a little bit old. The beds are comfy. Overall - a good price/quality stay for one night in the airport.
