Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge nära Yongning (södra) porten. Det var överlag en trevlig vistelse som jag kan rekommendera. Rummet med stadsutsikt är också mycket trevligt eftersom det erbjuder utsikt över stadsmuren.

Allt är väldigt dåligt. Problemen började så fort jag kom till hotellet. Jag kom klockan 16, men chefen sa att rummet inte var klart ännu och att jag behövde vänta 30 minuter. När jag bokade rummet valde jag specifikt ett rum med vacker utsikt från fönstret, hotellet skickade även ett foto på detta rum i inbjudan, men de satte mig i ett helt annat rum. Jag var fruktansvärt trött och hade ingen kraft att argumentera. Fönstret i mitt rum hade utsikt över väggen och en trafikerad väg. Folk pratade och bilar körde under fönstren hela natten. Klockan 3 gav jag upp och bad om att få byta rum, för jag kunde inte sova och de gav mig ett litet rum för natten utan fönster alls. Jag förstår mycket väl att affärer handlar om pengar och väldigt lite om att ta hand om människor, men här handlar det bara om pengar. Xi’an är en underbar stad, men detta hemska hotell gjorde min resa väldigt sorglig. Förresten, hyllorna i rummet var smutsiga, tekopparna och vattenkokaren tvättades inte heller

Hotellets läge är på rätt plats, bredvid Xi'Ans stadsmur, och det är mycket enkelt och bekvämt att ta en tunnelbana eller buss i närheten. Hotellet är omgivet av olika små butiker och kaféer. Vi tillbringade tre dagar där, och vi var nöjda med deras service, bekvämligheter och hygien. För en kort resa är det ett bra hotell att bo på.

Very clean, comfy and enjoyable. We loved it. Rooms look exactly as shown in the pictures and the proximity to the xian wall city helps it even more.

I love this place! About 1km walk from Guangjijie Station, my room view is Xian City Wall. Reasonable price, huge room, strategic location. Near to most of place including Huimin Street. I extend my stay for another two nights.

The hotel is very well located and the people are super friendly and helping!

The choice of this hotel was the best. The view to the city wall is simply marvelous. Living on a rooftop overlooking the starry sky and waking up in the morning with the sun is a memory to last a lifetime. Definitely coming back to this hotel again

Stayed 2 nights in wall view room Expectation/Reality: met expectations. The room is pretty much the same as the pictures, and what was received is aligned with what was advertised. No surprises. Security: good. Front door locks after midnight and requires password to enter. Door to room is secure. No additional safe is in the room. Hygiene: good, overall the room, the bathroom and the common area was all tidy and frequently cleaned. Hospitality: good, the front desk clerks were all very helpful and check in was smooth and communication was all helpful and professional. Social Atmosphere: not bad for a hotel. There is a small cafe on the ground floor with great offerings, which make for a nice place to hang out. Overall: very good, the location is the primary draw factor, it is close to the night life, local restaurants and transportation. Overall would highly recommend.

The hotel is quite far from the metro. No breakfast was available at the appointment time, although I booked a hotel with breakfast. Reception can not speak English.

Everything was perfect, the only thing is that the bed was really hard, it would be nice if they change the mattress.

The hotel is in a really good location. The complex is really nice. However even if you cannot say it is dirty, the toilette of the room was really clean, the building is really overlooked and seems abandoned. In the room there are evidence of humidity infiltration. The hall is a bit messy. There is a really nice terrace but you can not enjoy it because you are not allowed to get in. Again, the state of abandonment is evident. However, the price/quality is more than fair.

I was in room 210 on second floor. The air condition was too old and noisy. There was water flowing out from air conditioner.The exhaust fan in the toilet was also very noisy. l have registered the complaint on the first desk and let's see the result guys

Nice staff, ready to help. Well located (less than 10 mi. walk to the entrance of the South Gate of Xi'an wall). Not so far from metro station (about 10 min. walk). The only disappointing point: the other guests speaking too loud in the hallway and sometimes the noise from people on the street
