Great location, walking distance to Furong Garden, Dayanta, Dacien Temple and Tang Everbright City. Hotel is big and luxurious, room is huge and well stocked with daily snacks. Highly recommended for families.

Beautiful hotel! the room is nice and comfortable. Staffs are polite, especially The 管家Zhang Kai is warm and polite, and responds promptly. Highly recommend this hotel!

Strategically located. Public spaces as well as the rooms are beautifully designed. Staff are extremely friendly and prompt. Special thanks to 蒲文琳, who was very friendly and greatly enhanced the experience. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for four days while traveling around China. The room was very clean and beautiful. Our host,Xu Rui, was very helpful in assisting us when my daughter needed to see a dentist. She found and recommended a children’s dentist which was close to the hotel and very convenient. We were very grateful. Xu Rui also helped us to get our laundry picked up, cleaned and delivered back to our room. She reminded us every day of afternoon tea in the lobby. We didn’t attend the afternoon tea but maybe next time we visit this city we can. We look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel again. 😀

It was a very pleasant stay. Superb location. Quintessential Chinese cultrual elements with international touch and breakfast choices. Was served by Miss Candy who was attentative and helpful. She even offered free fruit platter while addressing guest need. Kudos and keep up the good work!

We had great time at the hotel. It is within a walking distance to Everbright city and many shopping malls. The services are fantastic. We also appreciate the assistance from hotel staff Cayla, who helped us to get medicine for my niece who was not feeling well while traveling. The communication with the staff was smooth and fast. She also arranged welcome snacks for us on arrival and when we got back from day trip. So thank you Cayla for making our stay very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Very warm welcome and free afternoon desserts! Walking distance to Furong Yuan and Everbright City! 3mins to Subway station! One of the best hotels we have stayed in China. Highly recommended. PS: we were assigned a hotel host, Miss Guanfang Ren. She is very sweet and sent free fruits/desserts/tea and requested items to our room during our stay. Fu Rong Ge is situated in a strategically ideal location which is near to the main Shopping streets. The hotel rooms were huge with all the necessary amenities. Standard of service is inconsistent. We have one room that comes with fruits and snacks while the other larger and more luxurious room that comes with only snacks. During one occasion, I noticed the cup I used was not washed as there was still stain on it. I reflected it to the service centre. They were apologetic and ensure the cup was washed the next day. The breakfast spread is good considered the price and the service is excellent as we have issue making payments for the breakfast and the manager and staff were efficient to assist us.
