Great location. The hotel environment is very beautiful. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We got a very warm and sweet welcome from housekeeper, Candy. Overall experience in Fu Rong Ge is awesome.. Highly recommended hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! Very warm welcome and free afternoon desserts! Walking distance to Furong Yuan and Everbright City! 3mins to Subway station! One of the best hotels we have stayed in China. Highly recommended. PS: we were assigned a hotel host, Miss Guanfang Ren. She is very sweet and sent free fruits/desserts/tea and requested items to our room during our stay. Thank you so much, Miss Ren!

Fu Rong Ge is situated in a strategically ideal location which is near to the main Shopping streets. The hotel rooms were huge with all the necessary amenities. Standard of service is inconsistent. We have one room that comes with fruits and snacks while the other larger and more luxurious room that comes with only snacks. During one occasion, I noticed the cup I used was not washed as there was still stain on it. I reflected it to the service centre. They were apologetic and ensure the cup was washed the next day. The breakfast spread is good considered the price and the service is excellent as we have issue making payments for the breakfast and the manager and staff were efficient to assist us.

hotel staff 任冠芳is very helpful and friendly, she helped us arrange our stay and made us felt heartwarming. it was a very pleasant experience !

We are very pleased with the service of the hotel , especially a private butler for us . Especially 徐蕊 & Candy, our butler who are always stand by to provide their 5 * service . We will very sure to book again in this hotel when we go again to Xian .

Overall good experience. Staff was able to provide warm and holistic services, especially the butler 景月娜. Location was good as well, easily accessible to all tourist attractions and facilities.

Very pleasant experience at Fu Rong Ge hotel. The overall service is nice and friendly, my room is clean and refreshing. The private host texts me for afternoon desserts everyday, and breakfast is also delicious. Definitely deserves a 5 star review for sure, and my host name is 景月娜. She deserves a raise :).
