Small hotel with Big Heart, choose this hotel coz of someone online feedback and really feel, it's true feelings.
Staff was friendly just like family members, treat same as real guest at home. pick n drop to Xian airport with friendly smile.
Food street is outside the hotel. Every food available.

Extremely loving, caring and kind boss specially Ms. Luna. Very cooperative. They offered airport pickup and drop-off for free. Extremely amazed to see that how one can can be so kind and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to stay in.

Great hotel! Restaurants are walking distance and the family running this hotel were amazing and very helpful! Clean room and they had water dispensers. The daughter speaks good English! Thank you!

The owner’s daughter Luna is very friendly. 5 stars service for her. Help us in recommending food and what to buy . And arrange cars to send us to airport . We have bout 10 pax though . Highly recommended.

I arrived after midnight and was picked up by her father. Luna and I communicated even before my trip to ensure a smooth journey. The room is very clean and quiet. I had a good rest before heading into Xian city.

I cannot express enough how kind the hotel owners were. I landed Xianyang airport at 1am without a Chinese phone number, they went out of their way to help me get back to the hotel. A security guard at the airport was kind enough to help me contacting the hotel owner, who along with his daughter, picked me up at 2am from the airport. They also provided me with valuable advice for my upcoming travels to Xi'an, Huashan, and Kunming.
The room was well-equipped with amenities and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the noise from other guests, but this was out of their control. They even allowed me to store my luggage while I explored other places and arranged a rideshare for me to Xian North Station to save on travel costs.
Their kindness and hospitality truly enhanced my trip experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
