Yiju Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Ximen Children's Hospital Branch) recensioner

This hotel was a disappointment! It is written here at trip.com that it has NON-SMOKING facilities (even in public areas) but this is not what happens! They gave me a room at the elevator hall on the 2nd floor and all the time I saw people smoking RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE NON-SMOKING BANNER next to my room's door and the hotel simply did NOTHING about all my complaints. After several requests the only thing they did was to move me to another room (which was not very clean). Additionally, people smoke in the elevator, which forced me to go down the stairs many times to avoid the terrible smell. Why would you sell yourself as a NON-SMOKING place if this is not respected? What a fraud! I booked because of it. Additionally, the property is extremely noisy with people yelling and children running, even at 6 am in the morning. No respect at all for other guests. The only good thing about the place is its location. Nothing else! I herein share photos of the non-smoking banner and the trash bin right in front of it full of cigarettes.

Blanket has big holes, I was quite shocked.😂 Towels somehow look like it going to be thrown away soon. Can’t say that housekeeping did the room makeup, it’s just coming to refill amenities and randomly swept the floor. (Not even in the corner, under the table or behind the door.) The floor was not taken care properly until the last day. Phone in the room was only for decorating, can’t even use. But okay, everything was fine because we didn’t spend most of our time there. The location is perfect.✨ If you walk outside, there were restaurant right next to it, attraction like Chengqiang in front of you. More over, I would recommend to try walking around because you would randomly find food streets and attractions. It’s quite nice! Anyway, It could be count as a good stay, but I hope it get better in the future.

The hotel is a good find in the heart of Xi'an! The rooms are clean and the bed is too soft! The hotel is also situated within walking distance to Xian City Wall, Drum Tower and Bell Tower. It is also close to the subway station! Overall, it's really a good choice for a very cheap price! Highly recommended!

Nice location. My first room smelled strongly cicarette's smoke but I got a new one. The room was clean but the building is quite old that's why it's not so fancy.

Had a great stay here. It’s a bit dilapidated but the room had everything we needed; big firm bed, clean, good shower. Check in was relatively easy although a bit confusing as my translation app wasn’t working and the staff didn’t speak any English. One thing to be aware of is the place is actually called the Ease Hotel, there’s no sign out front saying Yiju Hotel. That caused us some confusion on the pouring rain, walking back and forth. I checked trip.com for a picture of the front, luckily it shows the actual front clearly.

The hotel Was good the room clean and confortable The receptionist was really friendly and kind. She helped us a lot to book a taxi and gave information we need to visit the sites.

It's very close to the wall and Muslim street. Subway can be reached in 5 minutes by walk。

酒店位置很好，交通方便地鐵公交超近，樓下小吃也多，出門就能看到城牆，到環城公園也就1分鐘的路程，挺好挺好挺好的，前台小夥伴很美麗服務也很好，由於有朋友要來在前台做了房間升級換了家庭房，房間寬敞明亮乾淨衞生，客房大姐很熱情服務超讚，總之推薦給寶子們

❌❌❌差評！差評！差評！ 1、衞生差的要死： ①請看衞生間的毛巾，有一條甚至是破的！！！其他毛巾也都是黃黃的、臟臟的，這是從來沒洗過是嗎🤬🤬🤬🤬 ②所謂的打掃衞生，就是過來補補東西，清潔你們是一點都不做啊。床單我入住第一天就發現臟污了，直至我離開，還是這條臟污，酒店就不給換嘛？！那每天推個車子過來做清潔，就衹是走個形啊？？？ ③清潔工作一點也不到位！比如，頭髮掉在洗手池上，到我離開時，頭髮還在！衞生間也臟的要死！房頂是臟的，地漏那裡全是頭髮！ 2、隔音差的要死！ 你敢信？隔壁説話的聲音我聽的一清二楚！我什麼時候能入睡，取決於隔壁什麼時候能安靜下來，每天的睡眠時間由隔壁的素質決定。有天晚上有個小孩一直在哭，我也陪他撐到凌晨兩點才睡！！！ 3、酒店空調就是個擺設！ 開不了，根本開不了！想制熱是不可能的，開了制熱功能，吹的還是冷風！！！什麼酒店，這麼倔？想跟住客玩強制愛？ 給你打一分，是我最後的仁慈！也不知道酒店為啥這麼多好評，可能是因為大家的素質比較高？

設施：齊全，乾淨整潔，相當不錯，前台服務熱情周到，

酒店設施齊全，價格實惠，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，乾淨衞生，服務周到，床品衞生，環境好，吃飯方便

衞生情況還行，無窗户確實悶，開了空調就好了，帶孩子去小童醫院特別方便，我們剛好遇上下雨天，外出沒淋到雨。周邊吃飯也很方便，離地鐵口也近。

房間挺寬敞的 收拾也乾淨整潔 服務員態度也不錯 前台熱情接待 很喜歡這裏 帶娃做檢查的理想落腳地
