Center Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower) recensioner

Pros - Perfect location, right in front of Xi'an bell tower, 10m from metro entrance. Great range of breakfast bar (starts at 7am) from chinese dishes, pastry, yogurt, soy milk, coffee, to local delights order counter as well. Taste good. Free tea break from 2pm to 4pm. Packed breakfast service with pastries available if unable to dine in due to super early trip schedule. Clean & comfortable bed. Room space is acceptable. All toiletrie, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush etc. were provided. Front desk responsive on feedback/enquiries. Having temporary luggage storage service after check out. Cons - Do Not Disturb button not functioning after taking out the room card. Cleaner in my room when we were temporarily out for breakfast and our belongings were exposed that time.

Really strategic location right next to belltower. Metro station, exit 6 is just outside the hotel. An upscale mall opposite. Muslim quarters 10mins walk, shopping street 7mins walk. Walkable to city wall maybe 1km. Convenient store next door. Food all around. Didi not an issue. Lift available. Free tea time. Laundry and dryer and detergent provided, easy to use machine. Super complete hotel room. Reasonably priced. There's even water filter machine for hot and cold water inside and mini chiller. 200% recommended for first timer to the beautiful city of XiAN. We took a tour from the hotel to teraccota warrior, easy and reliable. Just at the terracota warrior maybe can skip the VR session and just go for the excavation sites.

The hotel is just outside exit 6, Bell Tower metro. Short walking distance to bell tower, drum tower and muslim quarters. The interior of the hotel and room looks classy. Free bottle water at every lift lobby. Front desk staff are professional. The view from the room is superb! My only dislike is the dim yellow light in the room.

Location is excellent, very convenient as near train station and view is good. Toilet smells and daily housekeeping is not great but customer service is good. You can book tours for day trips around Xi An at the reception.

Good experience, services & locations. Feedback that front desk is too small, only got 2+1 seats, if crowded, need to seek on the staircases to wait for transport, when outside cold and raining

This is an European style hotel, nice and cozy. staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located in the center of the city and by a subway station although taxi is super cheap in China. I read a review saying the room by the street was noisy due to the hotel is by the Bell Tower which is a tourist hotspot. But we booked a courtyard room which is on the other side of the building and it is very quite.

Wonderful location! It's basically in the middle of Bell Tower in Xi'an! All within minutes walks to Muslim Quarter, Luomashi shopping street, Malls, Starbucks, food stalls across the street.. you can also book a trip to the Terracotta Warriors 1 day tour or Mt Huashan 1 day tour with transport provided. Just approach the hotel reception and enquire. Prices are reasonable compared to outside agency price. Staffs were great and helpful! Laundromat is on level 5 with detergent provided. There's 3 washing machine & 1 dryer so if u want to wash your laundry, always check before using as the dryer does not have a timer. ( I wash waiting to used the dryer and was approached by the Room Service Supervisor Ms 郭 assisting in helping me to dried my laundries for me so I can go back to my room and rest for the day and she will passed it back to me the next morning at my room😄🙏). She had folded it nicely and put in a paper bag! 😄😄 Totally Appreciate her help! Overall, I will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Xi'an again! 😄

The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped to reheat food, book museum tickets, travel advice, etc. Cleaning is good. Breakfast is good. They offered free afternoon tea. The canteen can overlook Bell Tower while eating. Hotel is only 10m opposite to the metro Bell Tower station, very convenient. Defect is 1. Can smell cigarette through the central air conditioning 2. The fridge in the mini bar is not cold. Can't be used to store fruit or chilled food. The staff offered to store in the kitchen fridge. Not so convenient.

I am extremely happy with my 8 nights stay at Center Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel. I can feel the staff's sincerity and integrity towards their job. The hospitality is top-notch. Compliment: Shout out to Li Xinqin from housekeeping for helping me with my laundry! I would like to give her and all the Center Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel 5 stars for their service! (I didn't get a chance to list down all their names). I am thankful to each of the staff for making me feel comfortable throughout my stay in Xi'an. Tips for travellers: - Please note that the staff are not really fluent in English. For non-mandarin speaking travellers, do connect with the hotel via wechat after checking in. It's easier to communicate with them (via wechat text translation feature). They are very responsive. - The location of this hotel is impressive! Zhonglou metro station (exit 6) is a stone's throw from the hotel lobby. Bell Tower is directly in front of the hotel, and across the street on the left is Kai Yuan Shopping Mall. Muslim Street is a 10-minute walk via the underground passage (exit 9). - There's complimentary bottled drinking water on every floor. - If you like to witness the lively nightlife of Xi'an, get room with window view of the Bell Tower. The best!

I must extend a special thanks to Miss Zhong, the Customer Service Officer, for her outstanding service, particularly in catering to our needs as foreigners. Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home. Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain. The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel location is excellent, the J6 exit from 钟楼站 is right in front of the hotel. You can view the 钟楼 from the hotel and it is very near to the famous 回民街 and 骡马市 with a lot of eatery. The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, especially 小孙, he was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist us in our delayed luggage and our request. They provided us early check in when we arrived early and they were also very generous to provide us free breakfast everyday for our stay when they noticed it was my birthday. Really appreciated for their kind hospitality.

Great location and very near to the Zhonglou metro station (using metro line 2) exit from 6E. Supply of unlimited bottled water where you can get it right outside the lift at each floor. Have a bit uneasy at first to use the bathroom as the shower, toilet and sink are separated. Anyway, we enjoyed the view of Zhonglou where having our breakfast.

The view and location are convenient. I would like to stay again.
