Sheraton Xi‘an Hotel recensioner

The hotel staff were all super kind and helpful. My kids loved the pool each day. We stayed during the Chinese New Year and enjoyed the decorations and treats.

Hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet has many food options to pick from. The lobby is spacious and grand. There is also someone who helps with carrying the luggage at the hotel entrance.

The hotel is bit old, more than 30 years old according to ChatGPT. Overall a good stay with the price.

Great and helpful staffs. The hotel is nice and extremely comfortable. The location is not too far from the Bell Tower, you can just book an e-hailing service with an average of about 12 yuan.

Breakfast menue is really good

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

I had a nice stay

The hotel is old but they have a great service. If looking for an instagrammable hotel it’s not the best option go to the one in Weiyang

The hotel is not that close to the downtown. It takes some time to get to any of tourist attractions places. However, the overall experience was amazing! The room service, amenities, attitude of the staff, cleanliness - everything was perfect. The reception staff spoke English and they were not only very polite, but also always ready to help with some advice, or to assist in case of any needs. Buffet breakfast - delicious, rich, big diversity of everything. The buffet dinner is served in the same restaurant (have to buy separately), which is also worth the price, they do their best to satisfy everyones taste. Definitely, would stay there again.

Good environment and friendly staff

This hotel provides very good service, not only restaureant, but also receiption. Room is quite clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is with may choices too.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. A good location and the amenities were great, but what really made us happy were the staff. Cecilia, Oscar and Leo were so kind, welcoming and warm from our arrival to the departure, going above what would be expected to help us with a difficult journey back to Beijing. We will happily revisit and recommend the hotel to anyone, based on the staff alone, but in general the hotel was fabulous.
