Golden Flower Hotel Xi'an recensioner

Classic 5 star hotel with long history sitting next to the metro station makes Golden Flower hotel a great option to stay in Xi’an city. The staff (Mr. Liu and Ms. Yang) are friendly and helpful. Overall good experience to stay with my family and will definitely consider to stay again in the future.

Wonderful hotel clean and cozy great location easy access to subway station and bus station staff are friendly and helpful, Lian Ge and Xiao Shi are very helpful and professional I would highly recommend this hotel

Very comfortable stay in the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and better than most 4 star hotel in North America. My only complaint is air conditioning. The hotel did not turn on air conditioning in March. The room is quite hot in the daytime but ok in the evening.

Friendly staff, convenient location, multiple restaurants, cleanliness in general. In-room tv not working properly needs replacing. No mini bar in room, fridge is old needs replacing. Hotel pool was locked not in use appears needing maintenance. Stay was pleasant in general.

Excellent service and well received at front door by Jerry Lau, he helped me for luggage and register 😀 I later knew that Mr Lau, he the manager. I enjoyed the room service and the gym room Thanks and will come again Allan from HK 2.2025

Reno is the manager of this hotel and he was amazing. He helped us check in very late at night and upgraded us to a suite room. Hotel service was excellent and the staff were very friendly too. I would definitely recommend you to stay here if you are on a trip to Xi’an

Excellent service of jenny who is courteous and generous in upgrading us to Family friendly room. The courteous housekeeping helper done a good cleaning of the room and living area. As a result of the excellent , I extended my stay to 15 days. Recommended for foreigner travelers. Thank you Jenny and the front office staff who always answer to our queries.

i stayed in the hotel for 2 days, the location is great for hiring DIDI and near subway line 3( TONG HUA MEN). My room is big and spacious with complete basic amenities. The customer service is 5*, from the lady who handles my late c/in, to the manager who make a follow-up call making sure that everything are ok and also assisted me with my laundry transaction, to the housekeeping who cleans my room and handle my laundry, Lastly to Ms. Alice lian of guest relation who is friendly and assisted me with my luggage storage. The only bad feedback i have; first, the drainage smell in my bathroom (they even place another layer of plastic next to drainage cover), and the sheer curtain in the window (the hook is not fix in the curtain railings). overall, i will recommend this hotel..

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the money. That is if you aren't too fussy a person. Could be a bit cheaper though, imo. The location is near Tong Hua Men subway station. Very convenient to move about the city. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were courteous and friendly. The room was warm. I went to Xi'an to explore the city, so I didn't spend much time in the hotel. So it quite suited my needs.

If you do not care, then you deserve it.

位置好，交通無比便利，出門就是地鐵口，一號三號兩條線，能去鐘樓，也能去大唐不夜城。房間比一般的酒店大，雙床房的每張床也很大，床品舒適，有品質。衞生做的非常細緻，我住過酒店比較多，這個酒店從大廳到房間各個區域能看到的都很乾凈，能感受到的高標準。早餐豐富且味道很好。酒店工作人員非常友善，前台的小姐姐也非常關注小朋友。一入住後還有電話回訪詢問房間是否滿意有沒有什麼需要。酒店還有停車場、泳池、配套完善，本次入住體驗非常愉快，老牌星級酒店，品質值得信賴。
