I am sorry to learn that the Holiday Inn Xi’an Greenland Century City team was not able to meet your expectations completely. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences of our facilities. Our hotel has been open for more than 10 years, and our hotel management has invested substantial time and efforts in upgrading some facilities including room, food and beverage and meeting items. In the last year there is all the room paper wall had been changed.
