A good hotel with good service and location. Hotel provide plenty bottled water in lobby and at floor level. Hotel also provide snacks in the lobby too

The location is walkable to places but still a bit far and nothing much around the area.  The soundproof in the room was not great because I kept hearing the people next door banging their doors and I could hear the bells from the adjacent building.

Good location near busy main road with a lot of foodie places. The breakfast provided although has variety but as tasteless.

Very big space, unique hotel. We love it. Just the breakfast need to pay extra as they only provide free breakfast for 1.

A good clean hotel It's situated about 5 mins taxi drive from the the main business centre but Didi or taxi is readily available The rooms are well cleaned The laundry and gym is of good standard The reception staff can do better as I felt awkward except for two female staff who are more courteous Otherwise, you are on your own

Hotel is clean and location is quite near to the attractions. We are particularly impressed with Mr.何為秋's hospitality. He showed patience with my rusty mandarin, provided clear and succinct explanations and went out of his way to call us a taxi and guided us to our new hotel which was closeby. He really exhibited a level of professionalism which his fellow colleagues should emulate.

I’m a solo traveller from Italy. I must say this is one of the best hotel I have been to in China. It’s a pity I had to leave earlier for personal reasons, but the service and the facilities have been amazing!

Big clean room. Great location. Walking distance to metro station, restaurants and street food. Helpful front staff. Free self service laundry facilities. Recommended.

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. They help me to book a car and suggest me thing to do in Xi'an. They speak good English.

Walking distance from both the Muslim Quarter and subway station. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. This hotel was amazing, they offered the best slippers. The bed was comfy, the room was clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyable stay.

We had an extremely comfortable 2 nights stay here. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby and had drinks in the room fridge too. Staff was pleasant and friendly enough and breakfast was adequate, with only Chinese options. Their pillows and bed was the most comfortable one during our China trip. Location is about 10 mins walk from Bell Tower/ Muslim Quarters, not the most ideal when walking in the XiAn heat.
