the new wing was under renovation so a bit noisy, even at night. But after complaining to the service staff went quiet down pretty fast. Buggy was easy to call and the hot spring has so many options, nice!

Buffet and breakfast indicate 9:30 and 10.30, 1 hr before many food don’t have and they don’t restock, keep rushing guests to finished up also, doesn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel with this service.

Pretty and clean, big spaces, friendly staff, package comes with hot spring experience! Can improve on the following: heated toilet bowls would be nice for winter, and perhaps provide guest laundry especially for longer stay guests.

We arrived at midnight and although I Had a booking confirmation reference, they insisted they didn’t have our booking, I had a number to contact if problems arouse for hotel to ring? They said they couldn’t because the number wasn’t in china . We had prepaid for 3 nights and they insisted we paid again, then they couldn’t use our credit card , which we had used in the previous 2 hotels,after an hour and a half we finally managed to get our tour guide to talk to them and arrange some accommodation. The following day they found our booking . We wanted some milk in our room on arrival and they said they didn’t have any until the morning.

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it! Service at a very good level, very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, cosy, beautiful panoramic view. Not far from the hotel you can visit the museum Terracotta Army. Thanks for comfortable accommodation and attentive professional service!

The hotel staff is very nice. The rooms are beautiful. However, the soundproof of the room is extremely bad. I could hear people next door talking as if they were in my room.

The experience of personal hot spring is very satisfactory. The hot spring is located just outside the room and can use it any time in the hotel. Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy. Service is not bad. It could be better if the mini bar could have more drinks, especially alcohol.

第三次來這裏泡温泉啦，這次入住的湯屋體驗感也非常好，湯屋的私湯温泉池比私湯房要大一點，而且更有氛圍感。湯屋還附贈温泉體驗券，這次時間沒掌握好，沒能體驗到。因為是節假日，美中不足的是早餐用餐人數太多了，有點擁擠

酒店裝修豪華，房間是歐式風格，還送了歡迎水果和小食。房間很大，就是感覺可能裝修時間早，各種設施使用體驗不如最新的快捷酒店那麼方便實用。露天温泉非常好，就是冬天換池子的時候有點冷。裏面連牙刷都有，可以泡完温泉直接回房間睡覺。我們趕第二天早上7點半的火車去爬華山，沒法吃早餐，跟酒店溝通後，他們第二天很貼心的幫我們準備了幹食、酸奶和香蕉，給他們點贊👍

經常住的酒店，西安温泉第二名，以前叫愛琴海。 酒店有多個園區，温泉種類非常豐富。 房間內有私湯，泡着温泉，喝着紅酒，感覺特別好。 停車方便，地上隨便停。 整體入住體驗非常好。

酒店服務非常贊👍工作人員幫忙把行李搬到房間，很周到！還贈送了歡迎果盤！ VR未來視界體驗2次:免費體驗服務很不錯，就是清晰度差了些 雙人温泉:温泉水是天然地下温泉水，儲存後二次加熱的，温泉池很多，不同水温適合不同人羣，很不錯，葯浴的池子挺多！ 服務：酒店整體服務挺好的！值得再次入住！

非常好的入住體驗，訂的私湯大床間，趕上優惠活動，經理很熱情地給我們換成了別墅套間。雙層別墅，環境很好，非常舒適，用地暖比較暖和。店家還贈送了一家三口的温泉票，湯池很多，總體感受很好。另外，酒店服務也很周到，在酒店園區內可以安排電瓶車接送，很方便，服務也很熱情。難忘體驗，值得推薦。（圖片是在房間拍的周邊景色，位置離華清宮很近。晚上看完長恨歌表演，地鐵一站就可以回到酒店。）

酒店很大，一開始用擺渡車入住心想這麼不方便麼？後來發現華清苑其實就在旁邊隔壁棟，走旁門也就是一分鐘的路程。泡池非常多，很舒服，更衣室什麼都有，很齊全。當天很冷，去泡完整個人都舒服了。附近有地鐵站，走幾百米的距離。性價比也挺高的。
