The hotel looks really high class and the room and the common area's decorations are really beautiful and high class and has a traditional Chinese theme. We took a night train and they let us check in quite early which was really nice. They have a translation machine at the reception and it worked so well that it's a really smooth check in experience compared to other hotels that use a translation app on their phone. The hotel felt massive and not at all crowded. Breakfast was good. There's a very nice local chain restaurant next to the hotel that's open 24 hours. We could really relax staying in the hotel.

Good service, not the best English. Rooms are a bit outdated but worth it. Location is good considering it's within the city walls, but we were frequently traveling to the south part.

Friendly reception and housekeeping services. Metro and railway station within 5 minutes walking distance. Many eateries in the vicinity till late hours.

This was a nice hotel. The breakfast was great but it en at 930 am. The area is nice and the people are wonderful

Big grand hotel, just inside the walls of the great city of Xian. The location is great with so many fantastic restaurants, malls and supermarkets. Underground is 5-10 min walk, which is very convenient. Although is an old hotel, if feels luxurious and grand, with great materials (marble, flush carpets, piano bar, etc). My only complaint is that it was very hot during my week there and the aircon was very weak, couldn’t keep the room cool at all.

Had a nice few days, rooms were a little dated, but were always kept spotless. On arrival would not accept Mastercard, even though on their site it said they do.

The hotel isn't new, but the staff one of the best that I met in China. They really trying to help you with everything. When I arrived I asked the room with the view and nice lady Gao Hang upgraded my room and I had a view on a city wall. The location is very convenient it's the old town
