Ramada Bell Tower Hotel Xi'an recensioner

Our trip to Xian and stay at Ramada Bell tower hotel was very comfortable as its location and service was just perfect the rooms were nice and clean and it is located centrally with walking distance to most of the attractions and Subways which can take you to Terra Cotta too. Our lovely host Mary Wong also made us feel very comfortable and went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and suggested good places to visit too.

Good location. About 10 minutes walk from the subway station. Reasonable breakfast choices. But the hotel is a bit old with visible tear and wear in the room

Very good and conveniently located hotel on northern road. Walking distance to bell tower and many restaurants. The check-in was very seamless and breakfast was very good. Ms. Xiao Jin and team was very helpful during the checkout. The only bad thing was the pathetic speed of the WiFi.

The hotel was in a very good location. Just a walking distance to the muslim street. As we are muslim, it is easy to find halal food around the area. We were allocated with a good room that has a view of the Bell Tower. We also really grateful for the assistance by Ms Xiaolei at the front desk for making our check in smooth and our whole stay a pleasant one. The location is also easy to get around either by Didi or by subway. Overall we had a good experience and will not mind going again to the hotel in the future. And hopefully for the same room.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the services provided by this hotel, especially by 小张. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. She efficiently handled our registration, allowing us to check in quickly and smoothly. 我对这家酒店提供的服务感到非常满意，尤其是小张。她非常亲切且乐于助人，让我们感到宾至如归。她高效地处理了我们的登记手续，使我们能够快速顺利地办理入住。

The hotel is located near to the Metro and is about 900m away from Bell Tower. Near to Muslim quarters, lots of shopping and night market. We booked a family suite but discovered that the bathroom and toilet don’t have a proper door and not suitable for our family of four adults. The receptionist is kind enough to help us changed to two single bed rooms the next day. Breakfast is good with Chinese and Western. Food is same every day for our three nights stay. Room is a bit old and is in needs of refurbishing. However bed is still comfortable.

Our 1st time in Xi'an and this hotel is highly recommended if you are halal food hunter. Very near to Muslim Quarter and metro is just 6min away. Thank you to the staff Miss Momo as she and her team has provided excellent service to us during our 5 days stay here. Will definitely be back and their buffet breakfast is just superb though it's the same menu daily.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. They served delivious breakfast with a good variety. The location of the hotel was good, easy access to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, shopping malls and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and shops outside, both at the right and left of the hotel. There is one pastry shop at Lian Hu Lu selling freshly baked and delicious pastries. It is a must try. The staff of the shop were friendly too. The people we met in Xi'an were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed directions. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time in Xi'an.

The hotel is in a good location, the welcome, very helpful, she is name Little Dream The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is good, the transportation is very convenient, not far from the tourist attractions. I will definitely go back to the hotel and I will recommend my friend to stay at this hotel.

Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)

The hotel is great and the location is perfect. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the food. Jojo was very good at communicating with me and answering all my questions. Thank you, Jojo! Would recommend for sure!
