After staying at this hotel for 4 nights, I decided to extend my trip for 2 more nights and ended up booking the same hotel again. The staff was kind enough to arrange for me to stay in the same room without having to move, which made my stay even more comfortable. With such excellent service and convenient location, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will choose to stay here again whenever I visit Xi’an.

Amazing hotel and great location to visit all the city attractions. Direct metro line to the main station of xian and amazing restaurants just around the corner! The staff is exceptional!! We had issues with the washing machine at 11pm and the staff was really polite and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff really did all the small things (advising for Terracotta Army). Would definitely come back to this hotel if we’re going to Xian!

Amazing stay in Xi’an! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was extremely clean and the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every single day. The breakfast was delicious, the laundry machine/dryer was easy to use, and the lobby had free tea and coffee. The location is also very convenient to transit and for food.

Excellent stay! The location was ideal, with everything I needed close by. Reception staff were warm, welcoming (even though I had an 8 hour train ride behing me) and attentive, always happy to assist and did a great job communicating even with a bit of a language barrier — really appreciated the effort. The cleaning team kept the space spotless, with fresh towels every day and more than enough bottled water provided. The whole team had a great attitude, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely come back. Location is A+++

Pros: Excellent location. The young guy with cute nails at the front desk is very patient and helpful. Cons: The carpet in the corridor needs to be replaced(5th floor). The room has the smell of cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend using the tour services.

Woman trying to force sell you a tour to the Terracotta Army while checking in. The staff at the reception tries to sign you up to be a member for their partnership program without asking and are having a mental breakdown over foreigners not having a Chinese phone number. We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a complete disaster.

The hair dryer exploded and burned my finger on the last night of my stay. The hotel didn't have any burning cream at the front desk, so I had to wait for almost half an hour for them to deliver the cream. My finger hurt a lot that night, so I couldn't sleep well. The hotel didn't offer any compensation, and the receptionists didn't know what happened to me when I checked out of the hotel. The way the hotel dealt with this incident was very unprofessional. 原本住起來都還好，但是到最後一晚(9/25)發生非常恐怖的事。晚上十一點半的時候，我用吹風機吹頭髮，忽然爆炸起火，把我的小拇指燒出一個洞。到一樓前台，服務員好像覺得沒有很嚴重，只有碘酒、酒精、創可貼，沒有燒傷藥膏，後來是叫外賣送來，等了二十多分鐘。那時候我的手已經起水泡了，最後還請酒店提供冰袋冰敷才拿到，感覺並沒有客人燒傷這方面的訓練。當天晚上睡覺手非常痛，痛到半夜兩點半才睡著。隔天原本要一大早起來洗衣服、吃早餐、退房，再去看兵馬俑，結果累到九點半才起來，也來不及洗衣。退房的時候，前台完全不知道我昨天被燒傷，還請我給五星好評，感覺酒店內部溝通系統有問題。我因為要趕去看兵馬俑，沒有時間跟前台爭論。但是我西安的朋友都非常生氣，說居然沒有賠償，退房也沒道歉慰問。這種燙傷是會留下疤痕的，而且今天已經第三天了，我的傷口又流血了。雖然當時幫我擦藥的前台小姐姐非常客氣，但整體而言最後一天住得非常不舒服，如果酒店沒有重視這個問題，也不能保障其他房間的電器都是安全的。
