Crystal Orange Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel recensioner

Amazing stay in Xi’an! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was extremely clean and the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every single day. The breakfast was delicious, the laundry machine/dryer was easy to use, and the lobby had free tea and coffee. The location is also very convenient to transit and for food.

The hair dryer exploded and burned my finger on the last night of my stay. The hotel didn't have any burning cream at the front desk, so I had to wait for almost half an hour for them to deliver the cream. My finger hurt a lot that night, so I couldn't sleep well. The hotel didn't offer any compensation, and the receptionists didn't know what happened to me when I checked out of the hotel. The way the hotel dealt with this incident was very unprofessional. 原本住起來都還好，但是到最後一晚(9/25)發生非常恐怖的事。晚上十一點半的時候，我用吹風機吹頭髮，忽然爆炸起火，把我的小拇指燒出一個洞。到一樓前台，服務員好像覺得沒有很嚴重，只有碘酒、酒精、創可貼，沒有燒傷藥膏，後來是叫外賣送來，等了二十多分鐘。那時候我的手已經起水泡了，最後還請酒店提供冰袋冰敷才拿到，感覺並沒有客人燒傷這方面的訓練。當天晚上睡覺手非常痛，痛到半夜兩點半才睡著。隔天原本要一大早起來洗衣服、吃早餐、退房，再去看兵馬俑，結果累到九點半才起來，也來不及洗衣。退房的時候，前台完全不知道我昨天被燒傷，還請我給五星好評，感覺酒店內部溝通系統有問題。我因為要趕去看兵馬俑，沒有時間跟前台爭論。但是我西安的朋友都非常生氣，說居然沒有賠償，退房也沒道歉慰問。這種燙傷是會留下疤痕的，而且今天已經第三天了，我的傷口又流血了。雖然當時幫我擦藥的前台小姐姐非常客氣，但整體而言最後一天住得非常不舒服，如果酒店沒有重視這個問題，也不能保障其他房間的電器都是安全的。

Great location, love this hotel. Very friendly staff too, they assist me on parcel delivery super helpful. There’s many mall and great eatery near by. Great night view. Walking distance to bell tower, Xiaonanmen小南门 and Huiming street. Just beside Xi'an Academy Gate 西安书院门 must visit and subway station.

The hotel is very clean. The shower water pressure is stable. The warm air conditioner is perfect. The mattress is hard enough and I love it. Overall experience is excellent.i extended additional 5 nights.

Excellent hotel, family room is big with two queen beds. Central location, right next to the south gate for walks on the city wall. Walk along main road towards Bell Tower is also easy and fast for shopping malls and food options The rooms are clean and neat, toilet is also very spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Staff are friendly. Location is good Requested for water at about 11pm, waited till 12am, did not receive. Free to use Laundry area is messy. Notice board mentioned that help will be extended if we label our laundry but unfortunately, no assistance. My clothes were left it in the washing machine and not transferred to dryer. Breakfast selection was fine. Overall a good stay for 3 days. Will explore other hotels for subsequent visits to Xi An.

Service is excellent, front desk is very friendly, they help us in calling Didi cars for our outings. Location wise is great as most old quarters are within walking distance, will recommend

Best Hotel in china We got help with the bocking of the hua shan. We were able to check out late with no problem.

The location was excellent and the hotel staff helped us book travel to and from attractions. It's kept clean and breakfast had a vast variety of foods to choose from.
