The location of this hotel is very good 👍 practically inside Nanhu Park, the staff are very attentive, the breakfast is great.

Appreciation for Hyatt Regency Staff – Cindy Gong & Chef Yuan
I would like to commend Cindy Gong at the front counter for her politeness, affability, and efficiency. She ensures a warm and seamless guest experience with her professionalism and attentiveness.
Chef Yuan is equally commendable for his culinary expertise and hospitality. He is affable, polite, and highly capable, delivering quality dishes with great care.
Both Cindy and Chef Yuan are outstanding assets to Hyatt Regency, making every guest’s stay enjoyable with their excellent service during my stay from 10–12 March 2025.

Really good service, Cindy, a cute reception lady she explained to me very patiently and dealt with late check-in and late check-out. Also, room was pretty with lake view. Lovely experience will do it again. Thanks Cindy as well.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Regency hotel a few times. It is always a pleasure! A lot of staff speaks English, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
