Novotel Xi an The Bell Tower Hotel

The hotel is clean and in a great location. The staff and the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at wee hours and the hotel staff at the reception had made us felt welcome and guiding us on how to use *******, fetching our taobao stuff. Each time we approached the reception, we were received with warm smile and patient to answer our queries. The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful too, and Luckin Coffee, Metro, massage, ktv, fastfood, gifts shops are round the corners. Location of hotel is walkable to Bell, Drum towers, Muslim Quarter. We also tried walking from 王井府 to Wall City to hotel wuthin 20 mins stroll walk after dinner. It is also a common pickup point for day tour services.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and service were all very satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Xi’an in the future. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, walking distance to bell tower and muslim quarter. We only stayed less than 24h on a very rainy day in xi’an but the hotel was great.
