Staff really helpful and friendly. I dont have alipay to book Didi to airport, the staff manage the booking, even make sure we get in the car safely, appreciate highly the service

Nice hotel, not actually the four seasons chain but good service. Room smelt a little of cigarette smoke and it’s quite a walk from the metro but good reasonably priced option

The hotel is immaculate, with all facilities like air conditioning and toilets in excellent working order. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our Chinese isn't very good, and after a week of traveling, we were quite tired upon arriving in Xi'an. However, the warm welcome from the receptionists made us feel instantly comfortable.

This hotel was superb. Modern and very clean. Stayed here when visiting the Terracotta Army. Booked a taxi for a very reasonable 6 it didn't matter that the hotel was a little way from the metro. If I return to Xian, I will certainly stay at this hotel.

The hotel is really clean and good service from the staff at front desk. Comfortable bedding and shower with good water pressure, nothing bad about this place. The only thing will be location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to train station, but it’s not a big issue. Will stay here again when back in Xi’An

A little bit of a walk from public transport but just a short Didi ride into the historic city. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and the hotel has plenty amenities and is clean

Really nice hotel and room, super clean and comfortable. Nice staff in reception. However the location is not that good as it is a bit far from metro station, almost 2km, 25-30 minutes walk but you can always take a tuk tuk per little money to be in the hotel in 5 minutes. many dances for dinner, lunch or drinks around.

Central enough location. Walkable to city or take the bus that comes right outside. Clean, tidy, lots of free water, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

酒店各方面都是很不錯的，房間採光很好，很大的窗户乾淨敞亮，設施設備也非常的心，浴巾毛巾都很乾凈，尤其是前台和客房，各部門服務人員都非常的熱情周到，早餐性價比很高，酒店還配有自助洗衣機和機器人物品非常的方便，有求必應，可以提供免費的礦泉水，真的是特別貼心
