Desti Youth Park Hostel (Xi'an Bell Tower) recensioner

Probably the best hostel i ever stay, lively, good location with 1 min walk to railway, really clean toilet and bathroom, comfortable rooms they have live singing and events at night, and we watched Faker win his 5th Worlds title together - Xiao Deng

This is the Ritz of all hostels. The front desk and bar staff can speak English. The restrooms are clean and well-kept; the shower rooms have great showers and water pressure complete with shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, and cotton pads. There are hair dryers too! Upon check in, you will be handed with a pair of slippers that you can use in your entire stay. The bed is wonderful and comes with a pillow and comforter. You will also be provided with a bath towel. A bottle of water is provided everyday. The room is kept clean and the hallways are tidy. The only downside is the food offerings. I wish they can offer more options apart from sandwiches. Affordable rates though. Breakfast of toast, one sunny sideup, and green salad is RMB 15, sandwiches for only RMB 18, and a tall glass of beer is at least RMB 12. I was so happy with my experience that I didn't even take good pictures. I just enjoyed soaking in the experience! Stay here when you are in Xi'An. From here on, I will stay in Desti Youth Park in cities/places in China where they are located. Great job!

Next to the Chonglou, Metro line, and the bus stop go to Bingmayong. Very good location, near here have a street food, everything more cheaper than another place. Room very big and clean, good services

Close to the metro. The rooms are big enough, so you don't feel too squeezed with so many beds. Good service, good quality. Definitely I would come back!

Great stay. English widely used here and easy for foreigners to intermingle with Chinese guests and staff. Also super clean and central to all the good stuff in Xian.

A friend & I stayed in a private 2-bed room with private bath. The beds and pillows were excellent, & the room cooled quickly due to good air conditioning. It was July and hot outside. The hostel has a great laundry room, including detergent and dryers! There are many young people staying here, so the environment is fun and lively, with billiards, live music, & a bar for enjoying coffee, beer, or adult beverages. The breakfast (optional) was adequate but very simple. Since Xi'an is a great foodie destination, probably most guests don't eat in the hostel. Our Chinese language skill is very low, but the front desk was helpful and patient, even though the hostel was very, very busy. Oh, the location is perfect: next to the bell tower, super-close to the metro, and a short walk to the Muslim food streets.

Just wonderful, very luxurious place especially for that Price. The staff people are so kind and funny, a few speaks really good english and the place is very foreigner friendly. There are activities that are organised (we got to make dumplings!). I met so many wonderful people and had an Amazing Time, the location is perfect to visit and eat nearby, it's clean and the beds are really comfy. Magnetic lockers Can be find in the room. Very safe as a solo woman traveller. Definitly the best hostel I ever stayed at, lively and perfect to create awesome memories.

The location is near the bell tower in the center of the city; it is easy to commute with the metro to Zhonglou station (100 meters); the room and toilet are clean. I strongly recommend.

Cloudy and Thomas (both are girls) and other staff are very helpful. They helped me figure out about the next destination, connect with train station and book museum ticket. My Mandarin is poor so I really appreciate their help. The hostel is the best. One thing I would ask for is, the hostel to educate local guests to properly use the western toilets 😅. Not sure how these girls managed to spray the walls, Maybe housekeepers need to be trained more on how kto clean the bathroom properly to eliminate ordor and stains on the toilet and bathroom walls? Othersie, superb stay, clean and comfortable bed and room. I continued to stay at Desti in Chengdu. Missing these hostels already. :)

Located in the heart of Xian city, this spacious hostel has so much to accommodate travellers: starting with cheap and convenient laundry service to life music performances in the evenings. They also provide a bath towel, pair of slippers, bottle of water. You also can refill your bottle for free (both hot and cold drinking water are available). There are the shampoo and shower gel in the shower. And I think, special thank you should go for the stuff of this place: they are all very friendly and helpful. Do would highly recommend this hostel!:)
