Aishang Preferred Hotel (Xi'an Railway Station Wulukou Branch)

Hotellet ligger nära Xi'ans busstation och Xi'ans järnvägsstation och har ett bra läge. Hotellrummen är rymliga, välutrustade, rena och sanitära. Tjänsten är varm och omtänksam, och pris-prestanda-förhållandet är högt.

Terrible experience. The rooms and corridors, including all common areas and lifts, smell of smoke and mould. People smoke inside the rooms even though there are no smoking signs displayed. The sheets and towels smell of smoke. The rooms are dirty and cleaning is superficial; the bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned for three days. We asked to change rooms as soon as we arrived because ours smelled of smoke, but the other room offered had the same problem. We also asked the reception for help with directions and other services, but they were not helpful at all, giving vague and unclear directions. We will never return, highly not recommended.

The location was very convenient—close to major sights like the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall, with easy access to public transport and plenty of dining options nearby. It made exploring the city both simple and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and generally well-kept. The room was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. It offered a good level of comfort for the price and was a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. However, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The service was slightly lacking—staff were polite but not particularly proactive or helpful when questions or requests came up. Additionally, there was no guest-accessible washing machine or laundry service available, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still very positive. I’d recommend this hotel to visitors looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Xi’an, especially if you’re not relying on laundry facilities or expecting highly attentive service.

A really good hotel, they provided me with everything I needed. The location is very good, it's located just several minutes away from Xi'an Railway station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The stuff doesn't speak English, but it's normal for China. Use translator app or try to practice Chinese
