We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff and service were amazing, as was the room and the view on the 23rd floor. Would love to stay again.

Excellent choice for both family and friends traveling to beautiful Xi’an. Excellent location and amazing service.

Needless to say. W series of hotels live up to their name. This outlet here in XI’an has superb amazing architectural designs. The colours, the designs everything was so perfect. The room is big and beautiful with a balcony. The gym is well equipped as well. There was a few restaurants beside the hotel. If u can walk around 15mins u can reach a big shopping centre. Will definitely come back this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel super modern and very “chic” … rooms are like piece of art ! So comfortable and big ! Breakfast buffet is incredible and swimming pool with to stay few hours ! Excellent experience … maybe .. what missing a kids area ! (Playground !) .

Beautiful hotel with a very accommodating team. The location is a little far from most attractions, but it was worth it considering how great the hotel room was.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, huge buffet breakfast, stunning rooms and great service.

Xi’an was very clean and the air was clear. Though the air was dry, my lips and mouth never cracked! There were beautiful festivals with glowing lights. We stayed in a quiet, family owned hotel, and they were kind and wonderful! They prepared us fresh oranges and grapes and they were so sweet.  the hotel was located in a long alleyway field with small stores that either sold jewelry, fruits, clothes, etc. There were also restaurants filled with delicious foods and great view. There are many animals roaming around, but they didn’t buy it and were very affectionate. The people around us wore traditional clothes. We dressed up in traditional clothes and the staff did our makeup. We took photos in the afternoon were there was a beautiful sunset. I would definitely recommend going to Xi’an where everyone is kind, there are friendly animals, delicious food, and great views!

Very strong design, but different from all the rest - 

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The pool is simply amazing and the overall service was excellent. Location was away from the main area but taxis didi readily available.

Very attentive and they tried best to fulfil customer request

This was our first experience at a luxury hotel and our expectations were exceeded! Our driver, 张胜利, was our favorite! His personality and how he says “mei wenti” is a joke we tell even now we’ve moved on to another city. The hotel was modern and artistic with technology surpassing our expectations. The service during breakfast, dinner and in room dining was sooo good and the food was Michelin star. I am thinking of creating a blog about my experience. I honestly can go on and on but I recommend this hotel 1 thousand times. I will definitely stay again.
