Great location. Family room is big and comfy. Special thanks to 盼 and 鹏. Their service make us feel at home. As we are travelling with kids and my older parents, they have provide great hospitality service to make us feel at home.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we got ours upgraded for free, the staff even prepared some fruit for our arrival. The breakfast is amazing, delicious, and varied, ok for locals and foreigners as well. The hotel staff is also so kind, they will give you suggestions for the itinerary with transportation time included, if you need to get any tickets you can ask them and they will help you contact a travel agency to help I would DEFINITELY come back!

Perfect Location for Exploration: The hotel's location is its first winning feature. It's just a short and pleasant walk to both Metro Lines 2 and 4, making the entire city incredibly accessible. Even more impressively, the majestic Xi'an City Wall is right on your doorstep. Stepping out of the hotel, you're a stone's throw from the Yongningmen (永宁门) South Gate, which is not only one of the most iconic entrances but also the most popular starting point for walking or cycling the wall. Being able to start my wall journey there at sunrise was an unforgettable experience. Impeccable Service from Start to Finish: The service here sets a new standard. The warmth began the second I walked in, with a seamless and efficient check-in procedure. The staff immediately took care of my baggage, which was a welcome relief after a long journey. This high level of attentive service was consistent throughout my stay. A special mention must go to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Feng and Ting at the front desk were phenomenal - always offering a warm smile, helpful local tips, and going above and beyond to assist. This warmth extended to the room service team, who were very thorough, and the personnel at the breakfast buffet, who were always cheerful and attentive. Spotless and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, spacious, and, most importantly, impeccably clean. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job. The room service was very thorough, with every corner of the room maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which provided great peace of mind. Conclusion: This was, without a doubt, a non-negotiable 5/5 experience. The combination of the prime location, spotless facilities, and most of all, the genuinely kind and professional staff, made my trip to Xi'an truly special. A wonderful hotel in Xi'an. Very near to city attractions like the Bell Tower and shopping streets. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Yun He Ye Bo Hotel. Many thanks to staff, Farah, Dan, Long, Ling and Sunny. They are very warm, friendly and professional. We really loved their attentive service. Our room was clean and tastefully furnished. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. The complimentarty airport transfer service was well appreciated. Special dessert from Xi'an was given to us upon our check out. Such generous and thoughtful gift.

Hotel was conveniently located near Zhong Lou and a lot of other nearby attractions at a walkable distance. front desk staff 雷蓉 were very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and seems pretty new
