Satisfied with my stay here. Everything was pleasant. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was big enough for the two of us. The only complaint was there were not enough seats during breakfast or the dining room was not big enough to accommodate the crowd. Either you come down at 7am to beat the crowd or after 8.30am as the crowd will be leaving.
Xian has many interesting sites to visit and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Unfortunatly this branch didn't live up to expectations comparing to other Manxin hotels. In this city the other braches are more sophisticated .

The hotel provides breakfast and walk distance to metro station opposite the hotel easy to food chains
Hotel reception is acceptable, just can't provide good information for tourists..
My room without Aircon is quite warm 🥵.. they give me fan in the room. 3 days stay. .
The big ai robot blocks the guest road and life is cute

The first two nights we had an comfortable suite. The room was very spacious. The sound off the elevator going up and down was annoying. The 3rd night we had an Deluxe King Room which had a room temperature of 27 degrees. This was very uncomfortable. The airconditioning was centrally regulated and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The breakfast was very extensive.

Great location, good accommodation, great beds, unfortunately too much cigarette smell everywhere in the Hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely good breakfast and fantastic kitchen/service staff, especially on the refill station, she made my stay:)thank you

Very clean and spacious room. Near Bell Tower, Drum tower , and City wall. The sound insulation is very good. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping malls, and minimarts nearby.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Bell Tower and the city wall. The room was spacious, clean. Hot water, heating and wifi worked without problems. Breakfast had a sufficient selection.
However, it was disappointing for us that the hotel refused us a transfer from the airport to the hotel, even though it was included in the room price. They said that we don't speak Chinese! We travel a lot in China and this happened to us for the first time. We communicate with other hotels via Wechat and a translator and there has never been a problem. We just had to write where we would wait for the car, or the driver could have waited for us in the arrivals hall with our name. There are many options, but the hotel refused everything. Our son-in-law, who is Chinese (he was not on the trip with us), communicated with the hotel staff in Chinese, he told them the day before our flight number and the time of our arrival, but despite this, the hotel refused to provide a transfer from the airport! They argued that we had to be able to communicate with the driver in Chinese. So we took a taxi to the hotel, even though the transfer was included in the room price. No one apologized to us after our arrival. We expected the hotel to provide us with a free transfer to the airport instead. They took us to the airport, but we had to pay for the transfer.
