The service of this hotel is truly outstanding. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff mr.Zhang.The concierge was extremely helpful in providing detailed information and suggestions. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. The waitstaff in the restaurant were attentive and professional, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The front desk staff were efficient and courteous, handling all inquiries and requests promptly. Overall, the service here is top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff mr.zhang ang ms.song was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel's location is also great, with easy access to many attractions. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel is quite far away from most of the tourist sites and thus not suitable for sightseeing travellers. That said, the hotel is priced very reasonably and the room is smartly furnished and clean. The only complaint perhaps is the unfriendliness of the hotel staff who took a very passive and indifferent attitude in dealing with guests.

酒店在未央區明光路和鳳城七路這邊，距離高鐵站比較近，房間打掃的很乾凈，房間住的也很滿意，前台工作人員小飛服務態度很好，下次如果來西安還會選擇這家酒店入住，性價比還是挺可以的，值得推薦。

經常出差住酒店，這家絕對是商務出行的寶藏之選！地理位置優越，離公司和會展中心都很近，打車10分鐘內搞定。房間裏的辦公桌超大，燈光亮度剛好適合辦公。WiFi網速超快，開視頻會議完全不卡頓。另外淋浴水壓足水温穩，出差累了洗個熱水澡超解乏，早餐來不及吃，還提供打包服務，趕早班機也能吃上早餐。前台有打印複印服務，紫涵和藝琛超級細心效率超高，對於商務人士來説真的太方便了，已經加入出差常住清單～

作為一個細節控，必須給這家酒店滿分好評！每個細節都能看出用心～ 床品是純棉的，摸起來質感很好，枕頭還有軟硬兩種可以選，對頸椎太友好了！衞生間的鏡子帶柔光，化粧護膚超方便，洗漱台還特意做了防水沿，再也不用擔心水漬流到地上。房間隔音效果絕了，晚上完全聽不到樓道或隔壁的聲音，睡眠淺星人表示睡得超安穩。前台小任和小張接待熱情。退房時還送了伴手禮小，這種小驚喜真的太拉好感了，下次來一定還住這裏

已經入住很多次了，這家酒店裝修不錯，大廳特別寬敞，讓人感覺很舒服。前台小任服務熱情周到，給我房間做了免費升級，還贈送了早餐，早餐種類特別豐富，很滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家！！
