Great location, staff are friendly. They changed the room when I asked straight away. Always available to help.

We loved this hotel despite the fact that nobody spoke English. The room was elegant and cozy at the same time. The hotel is next to the city walls, there are many good restaurants around.

Room was great, some people complained that there is no windows open, but I didn’t find that as an issue. When we checked in, first room was super smelly with cigarette, but they changed to the room non smoking room, so it wad much better. Afternoon tea was very nice to have after long day, and breakfast is served to room, which was okay :)

Nicely designed hotel with great location very close to the South Gate. The red room looking at the city wall is stunning.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Two small complaints - no gym as advertised. Also breakfast starts quite late at 730, one day it wasn’t until until 8am.

A very warm welcome on arrival and throughout the stay from courteous and attentive staff. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Within the city walls and so perfect for strolls around the historic city.

Excellent location! Right in the middle of the South Gate area. From the roof top you are literally 15 yards away from the ancient city wall. I loved it that I could wave at the tourists walking on the walk while holding a beer. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was very good and they would deliver to your room. This is a very lovely boutique hotel and we were glad we booked it.

After a little issue with noise in the room, the staff found another room and have been very nice and flexible. Comfortable bed and convenient location

非常愉快的一次入住體驗，工作人員都超級友好.第一天到的時候看着帶孩子升級了房型，晚上轉了一圈回到酒店還準備了銀耳湯，第二天下午茶本來來不及回來要取消，也送到了房間，寶貝晚上睡著了流鼻血流了一床，也表示麗姐，下次來西安還選悦新居

英式下午茶:很好 漢服體驗（不含粧造）:很好 環境：很好，值得再住 服務：太好了！ 旁邊就是書畫的街廊，碑林，去逛了一下，覺得很好，交通很便利，就是不能租車，酒店沒有停車位

출장 일정보다 몇일 미리 도착해서 휴식을 취하려고 예약한 곳입니다. 이보다 더 완벽할 수 없습니다. 왜냐면 제 기준에 숙박업체의 기본은 청결상태이기 때문입니다. 저는 심한 비염때문에 숙박업소에 들어가면 우선 먼지가 쌓일만한 곳을 만져봅니다. 그리고 청소를 시작합니다. 이곳은 제가 물티슈를 들고 다니며 닦아야 할 곳이 한군데도 없었어요! 침구를 털어도 먼지가 거의 없을 정도! 바닥부터 화장실, 욕조 모든 것이 완벽하게 깨끗했습니다. 조식, 정가를 주고 먹기엔 아쉽지만 전체금액에 포함되어 있어 만족하며 먹었습니다. 신선했고, 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 결국 일정과 동선이 꼬이는 걸 감안하면서까지 하루 더 연장해서 묵었습니다.. 다음에 기회가 된다면 저는 무조건 이 곳에 오고 싶다.
