It was a perfect place. We got a message from the hotel, that our room would be noisy. When we arrived they gave us a better room for free which was less noisy. The hotel was totally renovated but in a chinese way, and every day there were new bottles of water. We highly recommend this hotel and the friendly staff

At first we were really impressed by this hotel, it does look good and during the day it is in the most lovely neighborhood. However, at night is when the nightmare begins. It is surrounded by bars and a NIGHTCLUB literally next door. The noise at night is unbearable, the first two nights they stopped the karaoke and the music at around 2 am, or at least that's the time we were able to fall asleep, but the third night the nightclub was open and we couldn't sleep until 6 am (yes, 6 am). We could literally hear the DJ hyping the crowd, it was horrible and surreal. After the first night we complained about the noise and asked for a room on the back of the hotel, but the host told us the only room available was one with the windows on the main street. So I asked about the cancellation policy and suddenly another room in the back got available. Now, I'm not sure that room was really supposed to be for guests as its conditions were appalling and not comparable to the previous room. Dead mosquitoes were smashed on every wall and ceiling of the room, with zero effort from the staff to remove them. There was damp everywhere, you couldn't shut the window in the toilet as there was a hole in the external wall, no hooks to hang the towels... One morning we went downstairs at 8.15 to get coffee and the lady at the bar confusedly gesticoulated that she couldn't make the coffee, so we texted the guy on WeChat who told us they would start making coffee at 8.30. Here's why the low score on the service too. After I was up all night because of the noise they made me come back 15 minutes after for a cup of coffee. Appalling hospitality. Unbelievable. The only positive aspects of the hotel is the free self-service laundry, and when on the first day one of the guys helped us order some batteries from the Chinese amazon. I hate leaving bad reviews especially as this place is run (I believe) by a young group of people, but this place really spoiled our time in Xi'an, as the lack of sleep can be very problematic especially when you're out exploring all day. I appreciate the offer of changing the room, but every single room in the building is extremely noisy, so it doesn't make any difference.

Nice location, moderately close to metro. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room is clean and big. It suits our group (4 people) nicely. The room decor is very nice too. It has several electrical outlets. Staff are nice.

Very convenient location. Great service from the staff. A bit noisy during the weekend, but they accommodated our request for a quieter room. Thank you!

Nice concept boutique hotel. Clean modern and nice. Location was great within Xian’s city wall. Comes with nice amenities. Coffee was great at the reception. 15 mins walk to night market and large malls. Wonderful stay. Will be back in future permits.

The place was really clean and nice. It had a really nice air conditioning unit with very comfortable beds. It was very quiet at night with a great location inside the walls. The service was really friendly and the cleaning lady even helped us put our clothes in a bag after laundry when we were out. My only complaint is that the swing is really loud and a little boy would always swing at 9:00AM.
