NOVOTEL XIAMEN DOWNTOWN

What I can say about this hotel is that it's new. Other than that service isn't really there. You are a reputable hotel without even the basic concierge on the first floor hotel lobby. I think staffs should have some basic knowledge of English cause when we called up the front desk they don't even know what's the name of the hotel in English as we want to clarify if it's the correct hotel. Staffs are not very approachable when we checked in and we asked if we can have breakfast included since we didn't get the room with it. Front desk staff didn't even bother to ask the manager on shift and rejected us straight away as they just gave us a reason saying it was on promotion now so don't think able to include the complimentary breakfast. I was abit shock and requested the front desk to check with their manager on shift if we could have the complimentary breakfast included. So conclusion is that they can't include the breakfast. After checking in, we went to our room and notice the tissue box was not replenished with a new box so we requested a few more bottles of water and a few boxes of tissue. Upon sending us the items, we were told by the staff that the tissues are chargeable if we request too many boxes which we were shocked cause this is the first time in my life that I am being told additional boxes of tissues are chargeable. We request for the tissues is to use it and not to keep it in our luggage and bring it back. After this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel ever again. Your staffs are not service oriented and not friendly at all as compared to the staffs at Hampton by Hilton.

Brand new hotel; free Landry room; good facilities, swimming pool on top floor. Very close to subway.

很驚喜，很意外。之前在國外對Novotel的印象是具有時尚風格的高級快捷，這次住了廈門中心諾富特之後一改以往印象。酒店與**大廈在一起，從一進門高端典雅的元素撲面而來，硬件各方面細節在廈門屈指可數👍辦理入住，洗衣服，餐廳吃飯，退房的服務也是絕對在線，每一名員工都發自內心的微笑，給人感覺非常好！

給Kitty瘋狂點贊，服務態度超好，是個很討喜的小姐姐。住的行政山景大床房，房間床夠大，視野夠開闊，一面城景近距離感受廈門人文，一面山景感應自然放鬆身心。酒店周邊交通夠方便，地鐵、公交一應俱全，主要市中心，距離各大景點很樞紐站都很近。酒店裝修很大氣，配置設施很完善，為五樓休息區瘋狂點贊，桌遊、遊戲機、甚至還有桌球桌！！如果是旺季過來，等房過程也可以打發時間不怕無聊啦。有考慮到每個人的睡眠需求，床邊有放置枕頭菜單，真的很貼心了。十五樓健身房不是特別大，但也能滿足基本的健身需求。總之是一次很不錯的入住體驗！！！！

非常非常滿意的一家酒店，酒店是新開的，設施、衞生、環境都是超一流水平的！ 在這裏特別要表揚前台工作的服務人員，入住時候值班經理veronica服務很貼心周到，認真聽到了我前晚沒有睡好的噩夢般的經歷，很貼心的幫我安排了安靜的房間，而且是帶長者出遊，很貼心的兩個房間安排在隔壁，非常方便。酒店住的很滿意，設施設備一應俱全，還有小童俱樂部，游泳池、健身房都是很不錯的！酒店的裝修風格也是很現代化很新式，體驗不錯！身邊有人來廈門，我會首推這家酒店！

過來出差，因為離出差地很近隨意選擇的酒店，卻獲得了意外之喜！！ 服務：前台小姐姐Kitty很熱情並且很有耐心，辦入住的時候出了點小插曲也得到了完美的解決，提出的要求也有得到滿意的迴應，很開心。 環境：因為在市中心，所以沒有海景房，但是酒店的城市景觀也很不錯，我住的房間還能看到一部分山景，很有意境。房間沒啥味道，聽説開業前期也做了很多準備，算是很用心了。酒店五樓大堂吧環境很不錯，對於商務人士來説，有這麼一個好的工作環境也能使得工作效率事半功倍。 交通：步行兩百米左右就到地鐵站了，樓下就是公交車站，也是因為在市中心，對於來廈門旅遊的朋友來説，酒店離各大景區以及機場車站啥的都很近，很方便。 總之，對於該酒店各方面都很滿意，之後有機會再來廈門，諾富特也依然會是首選！！！
