Xiamen Marriott Hotel & Conference Centre recensioner

Second stay at the lovely Xiamen Marriott. Even though the weather wasn't perfect it was still an absolutely stunning and wonderful stay, feel so relaxed and happy. The staff are so helpful, both the front desk and at the restaurant, they really do go out of their way.(Special thanks to Joyce, Yumy, and Polly). We love the facilities, there's a sauna and steam room, indoor pool, and we went bowling! We enjoyed the buffet dinner and the breakfast was okay.

The hotel itself and also the location is really amazing. Very good service and everyone is willing to help. I would wish, that the staff could speak a bit more English. Sometimes it was somehow difficult to communicate.

The lobby is on the third floor. The Breakfast is on the first floor.

Honest review: felt a Racist personal, I arrived for checking first and suddenly a foreign American blue eyes got and all the personal attend him, so if are not foreign or white take in consideration you are not the priority here, the refrigerator in the room was broken and had nothing inside so no cold drinks in summer time :) had to make a line for breakfast and wait at least 10 min for only Chinese food in an international place. 1400rmb wasted

Overall we had a nice stay. While there were a few issues that arose during our trip we were able to sort them out with the help of the staff. Booking the private villa with a private pool is a must do if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation!

Wonderful hotel for families in a beautiful seaside location

We had a very pleasant stay at the Xiamen Marriott. All the staff are smiling and pleasant. At the reception, Viffy who speaks English is professional and available, she helped us with many services from start to finish. The garden view rooms are very clean, the maintenance service efficient. Very large bathtub:) The outdoor pools are super hot, the contours and the ladders are a little slippery, the garden furniture very nice. There is direct access to the beach through the garden by crossing a pretty road but unfortunately the sea is brown and swimming is prohibited. In the recreational area of ​​the hotel, activities are chargeable (100rmb/each) for mini golf, bowling, billiards. The breakfast buffet is good. The evening buffet with its shellfish is really excellent. The Japanese restaurant good but not exceptional. I recommend this hotel for your stays in Xiamen.

Without doubt one of the best resorts in Xiamen. Hotel facilities and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and accessible. The resort feels a world away from the rest Xiamen and great for a staycation. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and regularly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and needs were catered for. Room was immaculate, well laid out and maintained. Some staff do not speak great English, but they are patient and helpful and there is always someone on hand that speaks fluently. We were unable to travel outside of the province due to Covid, but this resort really gave us the feel of getting away from it. If you want a worry-free staycation that feels away from it all, this is the place. TIPS for travellers: restaurant and buffet is very popular, so make sure you book in advance

非常滿意的酒店，門口幾個保安都特別特別有禮貌，會主動上前打招呼問好。禮賓部的服務員也很主動熱心為你提供需求。前台服務員都會盡可能按照你的要求，為你安排好房間。 酒店坐落於廈門同安區，距離市區幾個著名景點基本40分鐘的車程，自駕來説很方便，畢竟同安區比較安靜。 酒店地面地下很多停車區域，免費停車很方便。 酒店出門就有很多很多小吃店，3樓兩家性價比很高。還有一點點和星巴克。 大堂門口有個外賣快遞架，也很方便。 酒店有3個泳池，很乾凈，就是泳池旁的沙灘椅不多，有一個娃娃池。 泳池區域有個小門，進出刷房卡，直接可以走到海灘，非常非常方便。 酒店房間很乾凈，打掃的非常安靜，陽台上可以曬衣服。客房服務員態度都非常好。 床很大，兩個大人也能睡。 唯一唯一的缺點，也是我不能理解的，就是房間的小冰箱是個儲藏箱，沒有製冷功能。 這次住的1860，非常滿意的房間，如果下次再來廈門，希望再住這個酒店。

舒適的旅行，住了三晚，吃了日餐（全家人都很喜歡），大堂吧、西餐廳的蛋糕很美味，天天去吃蛋糕，早餐品項齊全，品質好，至於口味就看個人喜好吧！環境衛生很要求，飯店重視。這趟旅行很滿意，服務週到，下次可以再來住。

酒店中規中矩，房間包括整個園區都不是很大，但是勝在位置和口岸很好。户外游泳池小朋友會比較喜歡，游泳圈可以租賃。小童樂園適合小齡段玩樂。總的來説性價比還是不錯，但和萬豪其他酒店感覺還有差距。

很開心有升級海景房！房間裏就能看到大海，還精心佈置了房間，整個感覺很温馨很自然很舒適，早餐很豐盛，營業到10點半，娃一早吃了一碗沙茶麪，吃的很滿足。不過設施確實有點舊了，娃剛好生日不過沒有一點小禮物哈
