There is a way to get to the hotel without climbing all those impossible stairs. If u r using any kind of apps, choose wheelchair accessible. Otherwise text the hotel for guidance, best way to the hotel

10min walk from Sanqiutian Pier... there are many route to the hotel... some mostly flat road but longer distance... some shorter but have to up and down stairs... nearby eatery and convenience store...

A short distance from the harbour. Thanks to the staff who came to fetch us when we were lost walking to the hotel. Very kind and helpful!

Very good feelings overall in the hotel, is a quiet and cozy stay. Bed confortable and space good enough for me.

I loved my time on Gulangyu, and the staff were very helpful indeed in helping me get onto the island and find my way. The room had everything I needed, and I was easily able to do laundry too. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend asking to avoid the room I was in as it was on the ground floor facing the street so you could often hear people just outside. Otherwise it's a great value place to stay. I was even given a Christmas card and gift as I happened to be staying over Christmas, which was very kind.

一樓的房間很吵，二樓房間不知道為什麼那麼大的異味，前台小哥人很好，熱情，勤快，對面的海鮮館千萬別吃，是安徽人開的

房間乾淨，店員服務熱情，會介紹好的美食，上島遊玩攻略。天氣炎熱提前開好空調等待入住。非常好的一個體驗，五星好評。

住宿的地方離景區很近，差不多十多分鐘，老闆人很好，還幫忙提行李，給我們仔細講遊玩攻略

前台帥哥服務超好，給了地圖，給了很多建議，房間性價比高，本來帶娃打算住豪華酒店，一個晚上將就，但是環境確實不錯，民宿環境優美，配套設施完善，離哪裡都近，旁邊便利，總體評價優秀

房間很整潔 沒有異味 位置不偏 周圍也有很多逛的 最重要的是 老闆人超！級！好！ 大晚上去了找不到路 直接親自來接 還幫忙拖行李箱 第二天退房了也一直把行李寄存在那裡 沒收錢也沒催我們拿走 特別特別熱情 我們要走了還給我們指路 推薦好吃的 好走的路 旅行遇到這樣的老闆特別暖心！！

前台小哥服務很好，還幫提行李。送份地圖，貼心的標註了有意思的遊玩點，靠譜的商店，特色的小吃店，衞生打掃得非常乾淨 環境：環境也比較安靜 服務：服務態度特別熱情，值得大家去入住，體驗當地文化和美食，以後有再來鼓浪嶼的話還會再選這家店

民宿的服務真的很好，房間裏又大又乾淨，給了我們去酒店的位置圖，圖做的很用心，很好找，耐心的幫我們規劃第二天的行程，設施齊全，衞生很好，工作人員會主動打招呼啥的，服務挺好的，談話也很親切，問老闆什麼東西也都會很細心的跟我講，房間很大，住着很舒服，性價比嘎嘎高！島上的風景真的很美，值得來

酒店很好找，十分鐘左右能從碼頭走到。客服帥哥熱心暖男，給了超級詳細的指引和很實在的遊玩推薦。 酒店就在一個筆山洞口，環境簡約風，各種小角落佈景都很出片，愛拍照的可以來哦。 房間很新，設施很新很乾凈，很棒的住宿體驗！

體驗感滿滿的酒店。我們到達前將房間空調開啟，給我們以歸家的舒適感；服務人員提拿行李送至房間並且熱情介紹島內美食與美景，給出優化建議。更出乎意料的是房間內還有免費礦泉水，在炎炎夏日省去了燒水晾水的步驟。優美的環境+貼心的服務+絕佳的位置+nice的老闆=經久不衰的玫瑰小鎮！
