The room was clean and spacious situated in a quiet neighborhood. Staff service was acceptable. Buffet breakfast spread was good . Overall , had a pleasant stay .

The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The stay is comfortable and the shower room during winter time is super cozy

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Really nice hotel, nice staff and fairly good location. My only issue is the issue with deposit then having a “card not present transaction” on my card a couple of days after leaving. I had to call to get this rectified. It was just a bit suspicious and the story after changed each time. Perhaps it was a language barrier. Apart from that the staff at the hotel were very nice

Although this is an old hotel, but the overalls are quite well maintained. Bath room in the room is clean and I like it that it is a well enclosed bath room and not the type with a see through glass which gives no privacy. Shortfall about this hotel is there is no USB charging plug. So if you only have the charging cord and no usb plug, then you might have to borrow the plug from the front. The WiFi didn’t work and I wasn’t able to log in, it was too late when I check in so I couldn’t be bothered to check with front desk. This time was the 5 1 long holiday and I requested to check out at 2 pm when check in and was promptly rejected. I was actually willing to pay extra to check out 2 hours later. Later the front desk was able to let me check out at 1 pm.

Great location! Awesome service! I have chosen to stay in this pan pacific hotel in past three years when I visited XiaMen. Jason and manager Yang at the front desk are thoughtful and helpful. I am back again next week.

Very close to metro station. Easy to go to popular attractions. Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room is spacious. However, we could smell cigarettes even smoking is not prohibited. We also have plumbing issue for our toilet, but it’s fixed quickly.

The hotel rooms are good size and clean, maintained quite well, considering it is not new. But, I feel the breakfast is not that great. In fact, I feel the resto foods are not so good. The attitude of the staffs are polite. Overall, the stays have been pleasant.

Convenient to go to ferry terminal

Clean and neat. Nice service. The locations is convenient and close to Metro station

The location is not ideal, although the MRT station is within walking distance, which is a plus. However, the area has limited dining options, which might be inconvenient for some travelers.”
