Ibis Hotel (Xiamen Railway Station) recensioner

Vi älskade den här platsen och hade bra service särskilt från Echo. Till en början hade vi några hicka men han tog ansvar och löste oss. Han är en tillgång för Ibis-gruppen. Tvättservicen var en bra idé och gjorde verkligen skillnad för vår upplevelse, särskilt för långtidsvistelser.

No complaints. I feel this is a great budget hotel if you are looking to stay for a night or two. Bed was comfortable and room was small but good. Staff was friendly. Would consider staying again for price I paid

The room is too small, can't even open up 2 luggages at a time. Found some small bugs on the bed, not very clean...

Good location close to the train and metro station. Fine small simple room, perfect for travellers who just need a good bed and shower

Great stay as always. The staff are diligent, smooth and always accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and of course the location is central enough for most things (Xiamen isn't a large city). However this time I noticed something 🚬🚬 I was offered breakfast in the morning, but noticed one of the chefs actually smoking, and he even had the audacity to walk out with his cigarette into the lobby. Naturally I complained and the staff also had the nerve to say it was somehow allowed, to which I had objected and they stated they understand an will try an address the problem. If they can fix that problem, this hotel is on the top of my list for location, staff and value. Otherwise the lobby itself is toxic and unsafe for anyone, especially kids 🙏🏻

The location is pretty much the only seller for this place. Next to the Xiamen island station. Mind that the island station does not do the high speed rail (gaotie) and only does the slower rail out of the island (dongche). The service was standard and cleanliness is very average. You can smell faint cigarettes and drainage from the toilet.

Nice and convenient location and not far from the BRT, bus stop and Xiamen train station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Simple but advance at good location

The hotel location is near the train station and metro. Easy to move around with many shopping malls within the walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes. However, the hotel corridor and carpet need to well maintenance.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Ibis hotels. The hotel is easily accessible by train and subway. As usual, warm and caring hospitality from the front desk. Thank you, Xiao Chen, for making my stay pleasant and memorable.

Quite far away from train station, not many restaurants around the Hotel, room very small.

Nice hotel I have ever lived.
