We are a family traveling with two toddlers. The front desk was very accommodating and even provided kids’ slippers upon check-in. Check-in and check-out were smooth with no issues. The hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, so we could return later to collect it. Extra water bottles can be collected at the lobby anytime, which was very convenient during the day. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. A big bonus was the smart toilet bowl in the room — definitely a pleasant surprise!

Location: Excellant. Very near Metro and a few nice restaurants nearby. Convienient stores are also near. Room is clean, large and very comfortable. We were initally given the room away from the road, but we wanted the one in pink layout room. Although we were notified that it is near the road and may be abit nosiy at night, we hardly hear any road noise at all. Very thoughful of the reception to pre advise us on the downside of selecting this room. Services were good from the housekeeping to the receptions. Sorry i did not get their names but the 2 male receptionists deserved special mention. They are very helpful and gave good advise when we need anything. Overall we are very happy staying in this hotel. Definitely will stay in this hotel when I come back to Xiamen again. Anyone reading this post, just choose this hotel , you will never go wrong with it :)

Hotel location is alright, near streets with small restaurants and convenient stores. Cleanliness is good and has a nice rest area near reception.

Location is good. When indicating the hotel location, it would be easy to find if there was a Metro exit number and a brief map. It would be nice to add directions to trip.com.

The location was great for many types of food establishments and close to metro stations. The hotel rooms has a very colorful vibes.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at E-Shine and had a good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment.

This hotel is 100m away from the Metro. The room is very comfy and the staff are very helpful. They welcomed us with a checkin gift that included laundry detergent and other amenities. Soft drinks, cold water and coffee are also provided at the lobby.

Room very clean, great space. Hotel close to Wenzao metro station. Warm reception great service. Let us check in early when room was available. Our child developed fever, and front desk helped us get medicine. We really appreciate the help. Thank you.

The service is very good ,front desk is friendly and very helpful,since l was on a budget the room l chose though small was very clean and for the location this hotel is a good budget friendly option , will highly recommend and will definitely go back again

Excellent stay at this hotel. Excellent location to transportation n service from staff and very clean and comfortable room . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Staff Chen Yi Fen and Qiu Wen Yen erre very friendly and helpful .

Small yet comfy hotel. Superb services & also prime location, only few minutes walk to train station. They even provide free laundry service . Love it !
