The room was nice and spacious. it had everything that was needed for the trip. The food was great, very nice variety though you had to go in a bit earlier as they didn't really top it up towards the last 30 minutes before closing. The only disappointment was the airconditioning where it was turned off and had to get a fan in and most of the receptionist didn't really know how to speak english. Overall it was a great experience for my first time in Xiaman

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful area. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Xiamen. The food was decent, and the receptionist was very helpful, offering great advice during my stay.

Our stay was good. Good value. We expected a certain level of quality based on Hampton Inn brand reputation, and that was what we found. I do give front desk or concierge staff a gold star above and beyond medal though. We’d left a few things behind in the room inadvertently (phone charger, house slippers)… Nothing special, things travelers must leave behind all the time. But we were still in the city and called the front desk next day to ask. The customer service rep Xiao Li had our belongings packed in a bag for us and had already been trying to contact us! They sent by messenger same day!

I was not feeling well ask for help to buy medicine but was rejected by the front desk No in-house restaurant This is considered a 2 star hotel I will rate this very low and poor quality hotel when I was a oversea visitor ask for help on stomach pain issues I wouldn’t book this brand of hotel anymore whatsoever at any city

Recommended for business trip: Book the larger room which only costs a few dollars more but offers a lot more comfort. The only annoying thing in this hotel are the in-room lights. They are very complicated to operate. Otherwise good for quick business trip stay.

Clean and relatively new facilities... no English speaking staff but overall they are eager to help. It is a good option for this budget if you have work in this area.

1200多塊錢訂的親子房,想着大品牌會值得信賴一些。結果很讓人失望,親子房不給小童早餐,小童憑身高購買(忍了),小童沙發床,可能很久沒人用過,被單皺皺巴巴的,主要是不知道乾淨與否,11點左右給前台打電話送個床單和被子,結果人家交班給忘了。我們三個人擠一張床上,搶一床被子。一點多凍醒了,找攜程客服説這個事,酒店前台接近凌晨兩點打電話提出給換個房間(還是擠一張床)或者讓保安送被子!!!考慮安全問題,沒同意,三個人都一晚上沒睡好。第二天早上九點多去吃早餐,看了三次,煮雞蛋的盤子一直空的,餐廳亂哄哄的。值班經理第二天十一點來道歉,但不同意免房費(拿了果盤和一盒特產表示歉意,退房的時候都放在房間裏),退房之後就更不給解決投訴問題了。這樣的服務實在配不上這樣的品牌和價錢。

無煙房間依舊有煙味,對不吸煙的人不太友好 洗髮護髮護膚的用品還不錯,味道清香 前台小陳很有禮貌,給及時開了發票,還不錯的。
